Looks like the whore is getting more added to her plate. I'm guessing it's to artificially "bolster her resume," so that they can claim she's somehow qualified for POTUS. Absolutely ludicrous, since she's failed miserably in every assignment that's been given to her. They're probably banking on people forgetting that (as most will), and YASSLAYKWEENing that she has sO mUch eXpERienCE. What a waste of taxpayer's money this "office" is sure to be.

What does this remind me of? Oh, right...

We really are indistinguishable from the USSR at its end stage. Someone way back in the thread said it best- that we're essentially the soviets, just with worship of "niggers, troons, and gay buttsex" added in.

It's even worse for her than it looks on it's face. With the NM gov's grab backfiring to the point even the hoglet denounced it, the topic has even a bit of a sour connotation with leftists at the moment. It doesn't help that the details just dropped for the shooting the gov used as casus beli and it was a couple of cartel members thinking they were shooting a rival gang member.

Lysenkoism was invented in the USSR.
Anyone who didn't conform to their anti-reality was sent to the gulag.
The fact their prime example was being forced to call empty fields a bumper crop doesn't really change that.

Lysenkoism was early-stage USSR, not end-stage. End-stage was a bunch of elderly, corrupt bureaucrats ignoring the crises unfolding in front of them as it all went to shit, awarding themselves more medals, holding yet another parade to celebrate their WW2 victories, and just living in absolute denial about how their military strength was collapsing and they were losing their grip on their satellite states.

Now they wanna create the slippery slope to stripping 2a rights.
Hate to break it to you, but that started in 1934 with the NFA.

Having said that, I actually feel optimistic about things on the 2A front (and I have a real tendency to blackpill). Bruen has proved itself as a tremendous shot in the arm already, and it's become abundantly clear that the left is on the losing side of the issue. Gavin Newsom would not be calling for a constitutional convention to create some bullshit "Right To Safety" amendment if he was optimistic about his/CA's future capabilities of enacting and sustaining gun control laws. It''s a move that smacks of desperation.

Newsom is right to be afraid...(yeah yeah, I know...9th Circuit)

Btw, if any of you are looking to support the 2A cause, FPC > NRA all day every day.

Any direct comparison of the USA to the USSR is stupid. They are fundamentally different in their cultural foundation, structure, and systems of control. The only purpose such comparisons serve is to confuse the issues at stake, by introducing thought-terminating cliches about the "enemy", whilst avoiding addressing the underlying problems that have led to the present situation. The USSR did not, just to pick one issue, have multinational asset strippers buying up huge tracts of land within its borders, in order to destabilise its agricultural production.

The people supporting all of these ideologies are direct ideological kin to the Bolsheviks some of them like the Neo conservatives however are the Refuge kicked out by the by Joseph Stalin.
But Leon Trotsky was actually more insane than Joseph Stalin and that's saying something.
The other faction you have on leftover Soviet era influence operations and the rest can be chalked up to Auntie anti-communist basically communist who didn't like the USSR being slightly right of Center on social issues

Instead it had the America sabotaging its oil production by causing its pipelines to explode, the sabotage in 1982 was the largest non-nuclear explosion in history up to that point and was visible from space. One of the major reasons the USSR collapsed was the price of oil collapsing and these sabotage operations fucking their output. The USSR was excessively reliant on oil income just to keep the budget stable, the nonstop fuckery on its output by Western intelligence agencies, and the lack of OPEC embargoes crushing the price did extreme damage. The USSR isn't a 1:1 template for shit going wrong with the USA but its definitely a bit similar, as George Lucas would say, its poetry, it rhymes. The USA has serious problems with a detached and feeble gerontocracy just like the USSR, and increasingly the US economy is getting winnowed down to just a few industry compared to its rather vibrant economy of generations prior, infrastructure is shit and decaying, the people are deeply dispirited, economically broken, leading to huge swaths of major cities being inhabited by drug zombies, the middle management class cannot, for all of their trying, replicate stuff like hardened curved steel for ship building.

I agree that comparing the USSR to the USA isn't correct, but to me it seems that all late stage empires run through the same issues as the core is increasing depleted to defend the periphery, you get a lot of the same symptoms in the French, British, Ottoman, and empires of the Medieval period and Antiquity.

Mind explaining to a non yank what this means?
It means nothing, Montana is a deep red area. It would be highly surprising to everyone that a crowd at 4am in the morning would be anti-Trump. This area the guy is interviewing in is probalbly 90% Trump to begin with, the last 10% being Californian expats.

It means Fox is still desperately trying to push DeSantis or Haley and were stupid enough to think a MAGA district would give them the soundbytes they wanted of disenchanted former Trump supporters. Fox got infiltrated and hollowed out, now it's just the other side of the uniparty's mouth.

It's been really understated but Bruen might be Trump's legacy in 100 years. It has carried its weight 100x over in a very short period of time. It has led to more policy reversals than Roe v. Wade getting overturned.

The systems of control are often only different in name and official ownership. The children get brainwashed to the communist values in school and college. The news only says what the ruling party lets them say. All criticism is violently rejected and suppressed. People get their roles not by their merit but by how well they adhere to the ideals of the state.
The USSR did have problems with agricultural production, not for the reasons of private investors buying up the land to sit on but for reasons that had the same end result.

The differences only serve to come full circle to the same end result

I mostly was wondering what "voting for 47" means. That Fox are uniparty faggots is something that has been obvious for years.

Montana is a red state but Bozeman is a blue city. It's a college town and along with Missoula it has been a magnet for Californians. So in that sense it's interesting that a group of urbane college students in a blue city are so openly pro-Trump, but I can't help but feel like these interviews were staged.

Oh lol. Just like the "losers and suckers" remarks that totally happened, huh? I'd actually love to see footage of Trump berating Milley Cyrus à la Mel Gibson, ngl.

At this point, if you want me to believe that Trump said or did anything untoward, imma need unmistakable photo/video/audio evidence. Without that, I'm just going to immediately dismiss it as more lies motivated by desperation to "get Trump," as their efforts from 2015-present have clearly failed. Like the boy who cried wolf, the media has destroyed any and all trust/respect/credibility I might've held towards them, and they no longer get the benefit of the doubt. It's the grave y'all chose, so lie in it.

Agreed. It really says something when the MO shifts from "try to cram as many infringements as we can, while leaving the 2A 'intact'," to "fuck, we're losing now and are gonna lose big in the future. DESTROY THE 2A." They know times have changed, and their usual tactics are no longer going to work under the current framework, so they're going full mask-off and calling for the end of the 2A itself. Robert Francis O'Rourke's "HELL YES, WE'RE GONNA TAKE YOUR AR-15/AK-47..." is child's play compared to what Newsom is doing. It's fearful desperation, and it's not going to work.

It's highly unlikely they'll ever succeed in this effort. 3/4 of the state legislatures/state conventions are not going to ratify that California drivel, which explains why Newsom is throwing what is essentially a kicking-and-screaming temper tantrum out of frustration for being owned. Places like NY and MA are doing the same as well, with "Bruen Response" legislative proposals- you can tell that decision utterly broke them, and it's delicious to watch them see their dreams slip through their fingers. It feels like we're watching the last, agonal gasps of an organism ideology as it undergoes its death rattle before shivering off into oblivion.

Gun control is (currently) a losing issue. The last time it had traction was in the aftermath of Parkland in 2018. Thanks to Trump, more people were on more secure economic and financial footing, which enabled them to dedicate more time and energy to useless pet issues. That's no longer the case, since people actually have to worry about real shit, like inflation and a job market in ruin. But even with the media pumping it up to make dRumPf"s aMeRikkKA look dystopian (and blame Trump), it still didn't result in anything meaningful vis-à-vis gun control policy on the federal level. If something like Parkland happened today, it wouldn't result in the "movement" that took place in 2018. Case in point? The milquetoast response to Uvalde, which was a FAR more fucked up occurrence.
