Someone on the Earl Reddit made a foia and got several case reports on Earl.

So much to unpack here.


I want to start with page 4. At first when i looked at the date below being August of 2023 I had assumed that this was just the date for the foia request from the Emagine Macomb incidents back in January. However, after putting two and two together, it seemed instead that Bowsah had contacted the movie theater staff AGAIN just last month! After listening to the voicemails, I could totally understand why those two theater workers contacted the cops especially considering earl’s bomb threat incident back in January. Those voicemail messages were so fucking bizarre. It makes you wonder wtf he meant when he said he’s gonna be on TV about the groping incident. I could just totally Emagine how that news segment would go.


And let’s talk about that for a second. I’ve been closely following Bowsah since the beginning back in January (and how could I not as his nickname has always been “The Lolcow Speedrunner”?). Anyways, despite the fact that i’ve been an earlstorian since the get-go, I never really had a clear belief on why he did that bomb threat. BUT NOW, it seems that one of my theories has more credibility to it which is that Bowsah did it to try to impress his grope victim.

I gave Kiwi Tapes flak earlier in the Marty thread for not intervening with the Marty/Bowser situation, but that was before I learned the reason Kiwi didn't step in.
I personally thought that Kiwi thought to himself "I don't want beef with Marty because we share the same fans, and that would fuck with my career" or some shit like that.

The reason Kiwi and his boys didn't step in is because Marty would've fucked with him the same way he messed with Chantal/Foodie Beauty or anyone else Marty's fucked with. Kiwi and his buddies didn't want to be doxxed, and have pizza deliveries, repairmen, tow trucks, pipebombs, whatever sent to their houses. Not to mention the fact their address would be publicly available, linked to their identity. Marty's fans are rabid dogs and would molest anyone MBM didn't like, purely because Marty is "muh King of Akron, heroic goblin slayer!"

I can understand why Kiwi didn't step in, and I don't hold it against him after learning the reason.

Kiwi has shown remorse for not stepping in, and I respect that.

While it would've been much better if he did act, I fully understand why him and everyone else didn't.
I just hope that now MBM is losing his influence, and maybe even has the FBI up his ass, that Kiwi/Smokey/whoever will come forward with the situation, denounce MBM, and work to repair any damage done.

So, as others know the last few weeks have been pretty bad with how much shit, and one of my methods of detoxing this shit from my system is AI covers.
