1. You have to show up to vote, none of this mail in crap. (Maybe make it week long, at most). This would remove almost, if not all, of the lazy that just don't care.
2. Every one needs verified ID
3. No one that is a net drain can vote (In prison, on welfare, etc). If you get money from the gov you don't get to vote to raid the coffers.

So he's trying to entice moderates by tacking closer to the center, with the intention of going full communist upon winning. Looks like presidential aspirations to me.

The reason Newsom vetoed the bill was because it was already de facto the law, and he argued that by specifically highlighting that one issue, it opens the door for other states to make the inverse law, (which they should.)

Free labor in exchange for room and board would be used as a civil service option that can be used to gain the franchise. Living conditions would be identical to military service and you'd be enlisted until you quit or reach a specified QC'd work unit quota. This gives a path to citizenship for those who are medically unable or ethically opposed to military service. Blue collar government jobs would be similar. Since you would, by definition, not be a citizen while doing government work, you don't get the vote.

Especially capable candidate could rise to managerial position in the state infrastructure, which would offer better benefits and conditions, but only for a given max amount of years. Graft and corruption would be punishable by summary execution.

Latest on Kari Lake's fight against the Kangaroo Court system in arizona trying to get them to enforce their own election laws, such as basic chain of custody.

This particular docket is about getting the signature records, which by law are affidavits signed under perjury and exist to serve as evidence if signatures are challenged.
Democrat judge straight up ignoring the law and basic judicial rights of the plaintiff as usual.

I expect this judge, appointed by Clinton acolyte Napolitano, to rule that Lake is not entitled to access to the ballot records and/or the voter registration records despite the supreme court ordering signatures be audited and adjudicated.
This will of course be trumpeted as a "loss" when Lake has to go to trial without access to the records required to actually present a case.

If Fetterman resigns, you run the risk of the GOP getting the seat, which is in a swing state and them having a good chance to pick up.
