- The show in Nashville was the best. He got so much good feedback, despite the fact he was nervous the whole time. That doesn't usually happen.
- JarvisHong in chat said he wanted to try 'the thing'. Nick asked for his address. Sounds like a diet sponsor.
- Nick had great blood work. He was only low on Vitamin D. He was given a supplement. He is surprised his health is that good for his diet and lifestyle. His liver is fine.
- He does 'all' his shopping on Instagram.
- He saw a reel about Dana White not trusting doctors, and he agrees for GP's. He would use the A&E and walk-in clinic for anything pressing, but mostly they are there to know nothing and push vaccines. They just do tests to bill for money, then give you antibiotics. He doesn't know why antibiotics are not available to normal people without prescription. They say overuse would create drug-resistant strains, and that it 'not his problem'.
- Someone brought up TUG drama. He does not want to comment of be involved. Something about probation?.
- Someone asked why people take Dick's bait online. Nick said 'internet autism'.
- His project to expand his house is on the back burner for at least the rest of this year. He wants to replace his kids' play storage area with a small therapeutic hot tub downstairs. He already has one outside, but this would be different. Non-joking, he wants to add studio for his show and a music studio for his children to be online. The internet has a weird idea that he wants something else... it would be hundreds of thousands of dollars he does not have.
I wonder why people think that...?
- He knows his appeal is going on, but not too many details. MN does not have a tool to Dela with frivolous cases. He does not want Anti-SLAAP with a higher evidentiary standard. He says there is not falsifiable fact that he made statements on. Everything is obviously opinion and based on decades of reputation. He says the judge says they are both public figures.
Is the ruling that both are public figures?
- Nick I'd worried about the case against Veritas for 'reasons related to his representation', he cannot talk about it, but he just wants to be out of his case and not switch lawyers. He is on James O'Keefe's side.
- Nick believes in freeze peach. He cannot lose or apologize becuase that would be a bad precedent. Kurt asked if he wouls retract, but he won't. He believes it. This is part of his principles. People on the internet want him to compromise his principles, but he won't. If he gives up on this, he will get sued many times after. Thr GFM was not needed or begging; people asked. He will pay it all himself.
- Lots of talk about pregnancy problems. They do not plan another child. He has talked to his wife and does she want to risk her health, a miscarriage, and wreck her body? It would be fine though.
- SoCal and Vegas shows in early 2024. Probably nothing this year
