If someone living a lie is lied to by another person living a lie, who's to blame. Neither one is dedicated to anything higher than themselves: the pooner for insisting she's what she isn't, even to calling herself a gay man and bullying real gay men, and the philanderer for opportunistic and exploitative lying. Whats the pooner to say, she's not satisfied. Satisfaction not guaranteed, on anything, ever. She was lied to? She's hardly special in that regard.
If one of them were committed to truth they might have a case by appealing to a moral standard, but how are you going to live a lie and try to say someone violated a transcendent moral standard.
Anyway I think a pooner who says she's a gay man deserves all the fun she's chosen: the reproductive atrophy and bone density loss, toughening of circulatory system arteries and veins, fatigue on the heart, an earlier death, utterly irrecoverable hair loss, frog voice effects from exogenous testosterone. I don't care if she feels used for sex, because if she had some standards or some sense she'd realize she wouldn't feel used if she didn't let everyone use her.
By living a lie and persecuting people affected by her lie ("I'm a gay man and you cis faggots better accept me"), I think anything bad that comes her way is karmic return, when it isn't simply the direct consequence of her decisions. Sucks to suck, huh Pinocchio.
