That certainly didn't help his case any, but I think what really cooked his goose more than anything was he started leaning hard on a theory that Nick and Ethan Van Schiver were bribing Null to suppress information about the both of them. At one point, he even suggested the Farms underwent an intentional emergency shutdown just because Dean and Vikki were discussing something on one of their livestreams. It was total tin foil hat stuff. Especially concerning Schiver. I don't think Null even really knows EVS, or gives a flying fuck about him (or just about anything CG related, for that matter).

I tried to be a nice guy and warn him, but I think I was too late. I knew it would end badly because I had witnessed other people peddling such theories concerning CRP and Dick Masterson in the past, and it didn't end well for them either.

Anyways, Null offered this in response and he was banned shortly thereafter.

@Strix454 has theorized that he's effectively the agent some guy local to Nick who has a huge hate boner for him (I forget the name). I dunno how he figured that, but Strix has proven to be a pretty smart guy, so like... maybe?

The postscript to this is that Null has only become increasingly more agitated with Rekieta's bullshit in the time since then, and has talked more and more openly about it. All TiC had to do was chill out a bit and wait.

My experience is that US docs order a lot more "screening" bloodwork for healthy patients than elsewhere, often ticking off all the boxes on the form willy-nilly. So it's possible he had routine things checked like his cell counts, his thyroid, his kidney function, his electrolytes, his iron/B12 etc.

I don't think so. He's clearly stating that he doesn't want to switch attorneys. @Himedall All-seeing Waifu summarized this section of his stream earlier.

I think it might be slowly dawning on that him that Randazza is grifting the bejsus out of him (which is just beautiful), and this Project Veritas thing looks really bad.

I don't think he really can fire Randazza right now, because If he fires Randazza, the long shot appeal goes with it. I don't think anybody other than Randazza is gonna try this "please apply Colorado law" thing. He clearly states he wants to case to end, and a SLAPP determination, however unlikely, would accomplish that.

I do think he might revisit this if the appeal fails because I can not, for the life of me, see how Randazza is gonna eek out a victory at trial over per se defamation. Or any attorney, for that matter. Nor do I think the appeal will work. Thus far, he's spending an awful lot of money on Randazza and not getting much in the way of results. The best shot Randazza seems to have right now is in mitigating damages by getting Monty's bullshit IIED claims tossed, but just about any attorney should be able to manage that.
