Did OP write the poll or the title, or both? It is a mistake to conflate moral and ethics. Ethics govern standards of behavior in things like professions and what not, example given ethical (not moral) standards for attorneys. In Cape Fear, when the attorney failed to provide the most rigorous, zealous defense for the rapist client, that was arguably MORAL, but not ethical. The movie Election also makes these distinctions, but while demonstrating quite clearly that McAllister's actions were unethical, leaves it up to the viewer to decide whether they are moral.
Let's set the conflation of these two very different concepts aside, and presume OP means moral. That seems rather situational to me. What if it is a poor confused cutie who is on a trajectory to cut her tits and destroy her body, but a good hard dicking informs her of the truth, that she is a woman, and it disabuses her of her folly and delusion? Other scenarios such rational would not apply, so it seems very fact intensive to me.
