He lies to the council that the lady that’s on trial for disobeying orders actually had a signed order from Princess Leia giving her permission to do the stuff she did.

Immediately after that scene the head of the council council confronts the lady (General Hera) in private and says she knows there’s no signed order and it’s all bullshit.

I suspect Patrick is super stoked that Hera didn’t get court martialed because she’s on the right side of history and no dumb chud guy is gonna stop this girlboss from doing what’s right! Her ignoring the chain of command and the bafflingly stupid people in that command aren’t a problem for ol Pat.

It’s a bad scene and a worse show but you bet Patrick is lapping this swill up. I’m surprised he’s not taking notes to make another awful book featuring a scene resembling this one.

See it's really just this one family up in the boonies in Nova Scotia. There's the dad, Seymour Butte, his adopted son Travis Butte-Head, and his gay husband Ivan Head. They're artisanal Penguin ranchers but those pretty much ranch themselves most of the time, you just have to supply them with pebbles and make sure to keep the polar bears away, as opposed to the bipolar bears, which are just their gay gentlemen callers they entertain. So anyway it gets very, very boring in rural Canada and they do love the Simpsons up there so these guys all take up prank calling random people for a laugh and to pass time. You also see, Norm McDonald had a farm, right next to their Penguin ranch in fact and they were very friendly, and when Rick said he wasn't funny they took that personal. The rest is history.
