Confirmed: Man Who Raped His 10-Year-Old Daughter Housed With Female Prison Inmates​

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is housing a man who raped his own daughter in a women’s prison because he said he identifies as a woman himself—and the DOC is refusing to offer any kind of insight or explanation on the matter.

Mark Campbell is currently incarcerated in Taycheedah Correctional Institution, a women’s prison in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, inmate records show. He is a registered sex offender convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child.

That child was his own 10-year-old daughter, court documents allege.

Wisconsin sounds like a horrible place.

That said, depending on where he's at, a lot of those women in for more violent offenses are no shrinking violets, he fucks with the wrong one, especially someone gang affiliated he's gonna get himself carved up. From what I've heard the more violent offenders in women's prisons are just as violent as the men.

September 28, 2023

The Tigard-Tualatin School District (TTSD) Board of Directors prioritizes the protection of our learning environments with a lens firmly on safety. We do not condone acts of violence, threats of violence, hate and bias actions, harassment and bullying.

Every student in our system has the right to equitable educational opportunities and a school experience that is validating, empowering, and just. We condemn any act that compromises this pledge to our students. TTSD has Board policies in place that set expectations and state practices regarding student safety and violence in our schools. These policies govern how our district operates and our collective commitment to our students, families, and staff.

An incident of violence against a student at Hazelbrook Middle School last week was recorded by students and has since been shared broadly on social media. This traumatic act was swiftly investigated by school administrators and turned over to law enforcement. The situation is now considered a criminal investigation.

It is important for the community to understand that all the individuals involved are minors including the victim, the originator of the assault, and the students recording and sharing this violent act. As minors, there are laws in place that protect their privacy. As this is a criminal investigation involving minors, no details will be provided to the public.

Students and adults contributed to the sharing of this recording that exposed minors who were directly and indirectly involved without consent. In addition, the sharing of this incident has spread across the country and beyond, inspiring false information and a focus and discourse on sexual identity. These acts have contributed to the trauma individuals and families are already experiencing.

The TTSD Board of Directors stands firm in our practice of holding those who commit acts of violence accountable as guided by Board policy. We are also united in upholding an educational environment that fosters inclusivity, diversity, and respect. We will not be distracted from our responsibilities of governing this vibrant school system by any form of harassment or bias.

We continue to welcome our families and community to join us in this work.

The school has a duty to protect your kid while she's there, and if they're putting the fee fees of a fucking AGP pornsick freak ahead of that then fuck them, you're hearing from my lawyer.

I'd also press charges on the kid for assault, its on video and I wouldn't drop it.
It'd be that or end up arrested myself for slapping the shit out of the little freak.

When you're doing a 40 stretch anyway, the thought of getting more time added on doesn't have the same deterent value, and thats the type of person that has no problem putting a piece of metal in someone, and the ones that shot callers for gangs get to take care of business that needs taking care of.
The whole thing is incredibly fucked up, and a fucking male rapist has no business being locked up with females at all, I just meant if this guy goes in with a bunch of violent offenders he's not gonna be in some holiday camp with all the rape he can rape right there for the taking, even a dude in a female prison is likely to have a bad time of things if he's in with serious offenders.

Obviously this isn't the case if he was locked up with low risk, none violent inmates, but I'd imagine a rapist isn't gonna be locked up with none violent prisoners, he's gonna be in with some dangerous people, even if they are women.
That said the fucking state of a system that would put a rapist AGP freak in with women to start with is already fucked up and not making sense, so if he ended up being locked up with shoplifters and people with driving offenses it wouldn't surprise me either.
The whole thing is beyond fucked.
What should really happen is he should be put in gen pop with violent male offenders serving life and left for them to sort him out.
