Dude really needs to learn how to better handle his money while gambling.
Quick..press 1 if you think he lost it all doing small .20 spins for an hour. or press 2 if you think he lost 700 dollars on keno on stake in 5 minutes.

After seeing him win 1k, deposit 800, and leave the stream in a good mood, I felt a tiny little butterfly of hope awaken in my chest. Now it is smashed to pieces. Why are you so stupid Austin? At least give your extra money to your parents to put in some "get the fuck out of our house " fund.

Give me rainbows and puzzle pieces because I'm a fucking retarded nigger for thinking this guy might actually turn things around long enough for at least a car.

If Austin was capable of that, he wouldn't have a thread here.

But it is true: he could conceivably both make decent change and put himself on a good track to some financial security if he played his bets smart, didn't keep going for sucker bets, and even tried to make an actual schedule for streaming where he could pull in donos and just have a good time (while remembering to quit when ahead).

But again, if he was capable of that...

The type of betting Austin did on the Roulette wheel is a good example of the only way to win in Gambling.

Large bets, foolish hope and balls. Ironically, the slots are only going to pay out huge generally when you bet huge. I'm talking about $20 per spin, the algorithm will give a big pay out to big players. If you are going to pay for a feature then it needs to be like $100-200 minimum. But if you are going to do this all the time there is actually, zero chance of coming out ahead unless you hit a communal jackpot. The odds are zero, and that's a fucking statistical, baked-in fucking fact.

Roulette requires steady large sums, but the maximum win is relatively low versus that of a slot machine, actually. No roulette bet can ever be "1000 times" the initial bet, but this can and does happen on slots.

The jackpot is the only means to actually be ahead because it is the cumulative reward of all players being gifted to one single player, much like Powerball. Austin playing these machines or other forms of gambling all the time means he will always lose. Always.

Even old birds in Vegas know this, sitting there hitting a penny a spin in the hope of not $100 or $500 or $1000 but hitting a 100,000 or more jackpot.

Austin is trapped in a cycle of small wins and small losses. A grand in winnings in gambling is chump change. $500 on Roulette with big bets (fuck black or red, that's a mugs game unless you double down 3-4 times in a row) can get very big, very quick. Double downs on BJ if you get a 4-7 streak on the dealer can get big, quick.

His solution to a real BIG WIN isn't to bet smarter, it is to become more degenerate and put the house down. That's the actual rule with gambling, not smart betting, this isn't poker which is different. The only exception to this is BJ where you have to call the cards by statistical odds and not double down or split on silly cards.

In summary:

Slots: Guaranteed to always lose as the algorithm has this baked in. You must hit jackpots. If they do not offer jackpots, there is no hope with long term playing. None. So go for jackpots only and the machines will reward big plays with big pays.
Roulette and Blackjack: You can hit streaks that statistically will result in big wins at the expense of other players and not yourself, ergo there is hope.
Keno: Sky high chances of ever hitting it big, possibly worse than even slots. If no jackpot, there is no hope.

Gambling IS a degenerate sport, so be degenerate, the game hates and eats players that try and bring logic into a game that is already illogical by design.

A few streams ago he raged out, did his usual malding in his chat and said something along the lines of "I haven't streamed in 3 days and when I finally do I barely get any support". That right there proves that evern if he wasn't addicted to gambling he'd be a dog shit streamer, every other E-beggar streamer like DSP has managed to figure out that the key to maximum juice is to stream consistently and on a schedule.

The Bossman needs a vest. And hats.

Not really true since each player has his own rng seed for the slots, the seed is generated when the account is created and can be changed later generally and determines your spin results regardless of bet amount.
Bossman himself has hit 1k, 2k, and 3k on slots a few times (did I ever tell you about my max win on lebandit?) which is consistent with the big win or even the max wins of said slots 1000x to 3000x when you factor in his 10cent spins.

He will never do big slot spins because his logic is "You can hit a max win on a 10 cent spin bro"... I guess he ignores that a max win on a 10 cent spin is $1500 which he will burn on keno or blackjack in under an hour landing him back at 0, which has happened before.
Even if he hits big with a feature he takes $800 out to be "safe", only to deposit it back in and lose it later :story:

This really describes his situation perfectly. If you hear him talk he clearly talks about needing a big win, wanting a car and wanting to move out. Realistically, in order to set himself up for getting a car and moving out, he will need around $20k, to pay for the car, maintenance, insurance, and the first few months rent of his new place while he gets set up. However, when you look at his bets, very little of the time is he actually setting himself up to win anything close to this amount. For a slot with a 20,000 max payout like chaos crew, he needs to do minimum $1 rolls to even have a chance of getting the money he wants. For slots with lower payouts like rip city or le bandit at 12,500x he needs to be a minimum of $1.60(you may see him rolling $1.60 or $1.80 spins and think he could hit but he's actually doing feature spins, so if you remove the p2w the bet amount is $.60 - $.80 on these). For keno minimum bet should be $20. He could try to "build" on roulette or blackjack with big bets, which I agree is the correct strategy for securing a big win, but most of his roulette wins are going to be 2x from black or red, not from getting the number. He would need to bet ~$550 on a single number of roulette to win his 20k.

The jackpot is the only means to actually be ahead because it is the cumulative reward of all players being gifted to one single player
Hacksaw slots(which is mostly what he plays) have a "fixed" payout (meaning random chance only, and pays out up to a fixed maximum multiplier) and are not progressive, so while they do have high payouts it's not a cumulative reward situation.
Whereas progressive jackpots are never really available in demo mode, that's not the case with Hacksaw Gaming's slots and scratchcards. Since they are "normal" slots and not progressive games, you can play Hacksaw Gaming slots for free in demo mode for as long as you like. - https://casino.guide/hacksawgaming/
According to that article and others I saw online, Hacksaw apparently offers a "novel insurance idea" to help casino operators pay the jackpot since it's not progressive but there's no info anywhere on what exactly that is.
