V&U made their own smol Ame chibi models and revealed them yesterday on nearly every channel, it was nice. Some of the vtubers show they need to upgrade their rigs as the bug out. I still wonder why this company doesn't do streamlabs or streamelements, there's money being left on the table because many won't/don't trust youtube or want to give them a 30% cut.

Now depending on how you view this, you can blame Nijisanji, Mysta or the accountant.

When you join any corpo, you are registered as an independent contractor or freelance. This itself places you (depending on region) into a isolated tax bracket from the core company. Mysta had previously disclosed that Nijisanji provided him a list of recommended accountants in a conversation with Kyo. However he instead opt for his own, atop of seemingly playing it by the book. One example was admitting that he spent over £5000+ on Genshin impact pulls to his previous accountant. Someone smart would document those as "work expenses" as he did those pulls on stream and thus, done with the intention of entertainment and on company time. My bet is that many of his spending habits failed to be listed as such, atop of the high tax-bracket he earned via income and yeah... Dude fucked himself.
