He sold it for $35 at first, not $20.

He sold it for $35 when? When it first went for sale? So it was half off for the charity? He sold it for $35 at first, not $20.
Yes, Isom #1. The charity was a 50% off where purchased copies would be given to the 501(c)(3) organization. He sold it for $35 when? When it first went for sale? So it was half off for the charity?
I believe his entire argument is that he sold the comic for his cost. Retards argue in bad faith when economy of scale is put into the mix.So it was half off for the charity?
Basically the whole "big deal" was Eric was selling single comic for $17 for charity but if you were to buy multiple comics you'll get it for $13 each instead of $17 and according to Diddler Dax, Pedo Vito and Reteika that was fraud somehow.I am trying to sum up the totality of the "Eric July stole from a charity" shit that Dick keeps saying. Is there ANY DETAIL WHATSOEVER I am missing from this synopsis?
Please, someone make it make sense.
No. It's worse than that. Normally the comic is $35. He's selling it at cost at $17.50 (after printing, handling, shipping, paying wages, etc). If you buy more than one the cost goes down to $13 per unit. Which is what he charges you if you buy one of those bundles. Somehow this is a problem.I am trying to sum up the totality of the "Eric July stole from a charity" shit that Dick keeps saying. Is there ANY DETAIL WHATSOEVER I am missing from this synopsis?

Vices and Mindset seemed to be doing some sort of consultant work where they provide " expertise" but then hand it over to licensed Korean lawyers to do the actual work. I don't think either was licensed.
American Piggu law is important international businesses. Vices specializes in Maritime Law and D'adesky has a history of corporate law. It wouldn't surprise me if he did land a job being the "foreigner piggu" for some high price firm that just needed that for their clients.I know that this is Mindset's line, but it doesn't strike me as in any way plausible. You can't just show up in a country that has a totally different legal system, with no understanding of their laws or their culture, and then set yourself up as a consultant and watch the coin roll in. What in God's name would you be consulting on?
If it was legal action that Koreans were taking against Americans/American companies in the US courts, you'd just use the US lawyer that was going to act for you. If he had the sort of specialized skill set that would have allowed him to pick up lucrative work in the USA, he wouldn't be on the run from his creditors, hiding out in some third world shithole.
My guess is, he's got what that white South African nigger, SerpentZA calls a 'white monkey job' -- where companies think there's some PR value in trotting out a white person in a suit for PR purposes. I'm just not buying the 'legal consultant' line at all.
And what country is this supposed to be happening in? Hasn't he overstayed his welcome in Korea? Does he expect us to believe he's providing these consultancy services to a number of asian law firms? None of this strikes me as being remotely close to true. I'm betting his mom is sending him money to live off and it's supplemented by what he can beg from his slow-witted Pay-Pigs.

Masterson's contention (iirc) is that the price differential between the cost of printing and shipping the already created comic and the price charged to donators is possibly being pocketed by July and is tantamount to charity fraud. July responded that he also donated remainder cash to the charity and is thus accounted for. Masterson in turn said these were 'panic donations' made after the discovery of the fraud, etc. etc. July must open his financials for inspection, so on.
I'd love to laugh that he's a Dancing Monkey (English Teacher), but he's up at odd hours and day-drinking, and so most likely isn't. He isn't in Korea anymore, he went to Thailand. As for what he does, he does have history in real estate and corporate law; multi-nationals and other bodies would be willing to hire, if not for counsel, than an outside pair of eyes to go over things. He's also part of Branca's not-law classes, but law classes, so he's making something from there as well. I'm also curious if he left Korea or go ran out of Korea; because you don't downgrade unless something's going on, and Thailand is a downgrade to Korea. My guess is, he's got what that white South African nigger, SerpentZA calls a 'white monkey job' -- where companies think there's some PR value in trotting out a white person in a suit for PR purposes. Right now? Considering the low IQ of the people who still watch Rekiea? Probably Dick Masterson. It's been reported that Masterson's Patreon's are climbing in value as a result of this. This whole thing is a gambit to start Maddox 2.0, with July as the new Maddox. I think he wants July to sue him.Who is the figure that Racket's audience views more favorably than him?
But not now! Now it's only $5 if you use the Promo Code "PULLUP"!No. It's worse than that. Normally the comic is $35.
International trade between South Korea and the U.S., for one. Specifically, helping South Korean businesses navigate U.S. trade laws for importing Hyundais and whatever.I know that this is Mindset's line, but it doesn't strike me as in any way plausible. Rekeitas' law friend agrees with Josh, stop pretending you are impartial and objective on a topic on which you clearly and obviously cannot be impartial nor objective.Legal Mindset had a stream several hours ago, and he brought up the current Nick Rekeita issue (discussion begins at roughly the 20 minute mark).
Relevant clip from Elissa:
As far as I understand it the donation was done by the customer buying the stock for charitable donation, like what a food bank does with food bought by and donated by well meaning people. Would it even matter what Eric July charged for the comic or how much (if any) money he makes, or am I just wrong on this?Masterson's contention (iirc) is that the price differential between the cost of printing and shipping the already created comic and the price charged to donators is possibly being pocketed by July and is tantamount to charity fraud
When will Rekieta finally call out the fan accounts in his chat from the Vic era? The Toye Remote account, the Shane's Shoe Snack account, the Monica Rials Black Bull account. He had no issues with fan accounts when they were not going AT him.Now he's losing his shit over fan accounts
He was selling them for $17.50 which was at cost for the labor involved for packing and shipping a single book to the charity. If you bought more, the cost went down because they/he could just grab, say 5 if you order 5, in one go and ship them together.I am trying to sum up the totality of the "Eric July stole from a charity" shit that Dick keeps saying.
