- going after the guy's arm/hand to try and get the knife

1. Take off the suit jacket, twirl it up, and hold it tightly with both hands out in front of him like it was a stick or rod.
2. Tell his woman to run and call for help.
3. Start backing up into the street and say "come on nigger!"
4. When the nigger swings or stabs with the knife, deflect or try to wrap up the arm with the jacket.
5. While deflecting/wrapping up the arm knife, kick the nigger in the balls, try to trip him, or get him to the ground and get some leverage to disarm.

I'm not a Navy Seal, and maybe I'd die in that situation, but it wouldn't be from tripping over the bench I was just sitting on while fleeing and leaving my girl unprotected.

In a situation against someone armed, your best bet to start would be to try and de-escalate the situation in whatever way possible. If that doesn't work and you absolutely need to fight, then pull every cheap trick out to survive. At that point, it's a matter of self-preservation.

When you see that guy kicking cars you just cross the street. No need to risk getting close to that retard. Don't make eye contact but don't run. Running triggers their primal predatory instincts to chase like the subhuman attention faggot they are.

This type of behaviour is all because daddy was never around, so acting out was the only way to get mommy's attention. And now the cycle continues when he gets life, and his baby momma gets left to raise the next generation on her own.

My original post has a CBS news article that includes the line "Sources told CBS New York police do not have a physical description of the suspect, but said the person was acting irrationally prior to the attack." So it's not too far to assume she literally refused to point out he was black.

If someone pulls a knife on you and you don't have a gun just get away. Getting stabbed, or cut once is enough to put you down. This is just another reason why open/concealed carry should be allowed everywhere.

I'm surprised he didn't go for a punch the moment he started pushing him around. He probably wasn't a fighting type but a punch to the throat (or a kick to the balls if you're a woman) could have easily stopped a typical NYC crackhead instead of backing up and forgetting all spatial awareness.
