That seems abnormal to me, I hear it hurts quite a lot.

It depends on where you have it and your pain threshold. There are fewer nerves in your arm than your face or genitals, so I can believe it’s not that bad. I’ve had electrolysis and laser on the same part of me and laser actually was the more uncomfortable.

WTF at this one. I thought this was a metoidioplasty at first glance but it's a vaginoplasty. u/ThatPearl

Surgeon is Dr. Kamol, in Bangkok.
2mo post-op. Is this chafing, or infection?
No issues until I travelled home and had to do a bunch of driving right off. I think this is just the resulting chafing, but I’m worried it’s something more serious. Any advice for either scenario is appreciated. Third photo is from just before travel one week ago, for comparison.

Here's the comment thread where u/TransThrowAway95715 is defending Kamol
No hair removal, doesn't care if it looks good (a typo is the only way his first sentence would make sense), has an attitude of "fuck these haters", and white knights his butcher? This guy is gonna be a good one to watch if his pride doesn't prevent him from updates when he grows hair on the inside of his vagene.
The way he just pivots the conversation from sympathizing with another troon to defending his choice smacks of narcissism.
you'll also notice a lot of "going to see komal in a month" then their account disappears, it's cause they don't need that shit anymore and they go off reddit (like everyone should)
What he doesn't get is that they are more likely to be disappearing because their results are horrible and they can't cope with openly saying they made a bad decision. If the results are good, why wouldn't they share that with others to prove that the doctor is safe and has skill?

Thats fucked. That nigger paid someone to do that to him :story:
Just like a cis vagina. Gynaecologists can’t tell the difference!!

I wish I had screenshotted but I saw pooners try to claim that they produce actual cum, one even linked some study that said the base fluid was the same as semen. I’ll try to find it but no promises.
I think I got the ftm and mtfs confused. But still pretty gross.

They do however think that they’ll grow a prostate or whatever.

"That makes logical sense"
No child, it doesn't.
In no way does it make sense that a woman would start growing a prostate.
Those are your delusions, child, it simply doesn't happen anywhere outside the fucking Eye of Terror, and even there Papa Nurgle would probably tell Slaanesh he/she/it is going too far and to put down the Adrenochrome for the night.
classic pitiful pooner

Classic pitiful Pooner indeed.

It looks like the Brain Bug from Starship Troopers with a dick growing out of the middle of its face.
God awful abomination.

Can't quote, but @Procrastinhater I just have to say that that photo of Elephant-Alivia supposedly flexing her non-existent biceps with that tardy, smug grin on her Downy face will never not be both extremely sad and funny at the same time.
I kind of feel sorry for the Elephant tbh.
She's as deranged and copes as hard as d00leys but after what Cetrulo did to her its not surprising she's broken.
She's also infuriating and smug and as bad as the rest of them in her constant shilling this vile shit even after the atrocity inflicted upon her, so my sympathy is limited.

u/VegTeriyaki, a TiF who posts regular on r/phallo who got stage 2 phalloplasty a few weeks back, has had her voiding trials and is panicking and already asking about UL reversal due to her panic over a possible stricture.

So I’m looking for anyone who’s had a vaginectomy but no UL or had UL reversal, I’m curious what it looks like. Anyway, here’s a bit of back story

This is gonna sound a little weird. I had stage 2 on sep 20 which included both vaginectomy and UL. Had my foley pulled yesterday and peed fine all day. I woke up not being able to pee from my phallus today and had to use my SP flip flo. If SOMEHOW this is a stricture, and I end up up having to get it fixed, and it doesn’t work, I may just end up having my surgeon reverse my UL.

To be honest, for me it’s not worth the trouble of going under and guessing whether the fix is gonna work or end up having to get another fix. I also don’t wanna have to be worrying about issues in the future years and that kind of stresses me out. Having UL was worth it but I don’t have the mental space to be dealing with the stress.

my thought process is essentially if I begin to deal with issues, I’m backing out

Hopefully this made sense. Wonder if anyone dealt with the same thing?

She's clearly someone who did not put any effort into research.

She's had a chunk of flesh torn from her arm, rolled up and stitched onto her sliced up mons.
This isn't the sort of thing you "back out from if I have issues" you stupid little girl. It's too late for that.
She's permanently mutilated herself, and even if the butchers who just conned her out of thousands to stitch a disgusting, dead looking flesh roll to her crotch by telling her it's a "penis," are willing to charge her another few thousand to "reverse" the fuckery they've done to her urinary system, the damage is done.
This is what she chose.
There is no turning back.

Close-up pictures 1.5 years post-OP. First 2 photos are erect, rest is flaccid. 1st side by side comparison is pre-OP vs. Post-OP. I tried to capture the scars in detail to help show the location and extend of the scars from release, labiaplasty, liposuction and plication.

More details in 1st comment.

I wanted to post some updated pictures to show the scar placement and development almost 1.5 years post-OP. I wanted to focus on the extend of scaring and the location of the scars this time, counteracting the concious and subconscious cherry picking of the most flattering photos. I purposefully picked "unfavorable" light settings and selected the photos with the most visible scaring.

I had 2 metoidioplasty-related surgeries so far, a 3rd and hopefully final one is coming up this month.

1st surgery include clitoral release metoidioplasty severing the suspensoryligament and cutting the chordee, a labiaplasty to remove inner and outer labia and a monsplasty. I did not have UL, v-nectomy or a scrotoplasty.
The 2nd surgery was mainly liposuction on the mons area to remove residual fat, focusing especially on the skin left and right from my shaft. Additionally, some internal sutures were made at the residual labia majora tissue at the sides of the shaft to pull the skin towards deeper connective tissue - called plication. The goal was to get rid of the puffy/pouches look of the residual labia tissue without causing too much scaring above/further to the front of the phallus.

Unfortunately the combination of liposuction in the area with the plication did not achieve the flat appearance I was hoping for. I will have another surgery to remove that excess skin with incisions along the shaft. Initially my surgeon wanted to avoid creating scars that extent further up/out than the shaft. But at this point we think it will be the most effective way to remove the skin that still bothers me.

Some additional info: Time off work: 5 weeks after 1st surgery, 1.5 weeks after 2nd surgery. At the time of surgery I was 38, 5 ft 8 (173 cm) and about 245 lbs (110 kg). I had surgery in the US (East coast, DM me for surgeon's name) , covered by insurance. Happy to answer any questions.

This woman has her vagina still but since she butchered her labia it's nearly invisible

I am so glad that my clitoris is daintily tucked away where it belongs.

Lesbereal, dude would sooner dialate using a razor than admit to a mistake.

TLDR: young healthy guy gets orchie; swelled badly; ER doctor didn't care; surgeon didn't care; hematoma broke; incision opened; has infection; surgeon begins caring and does surgery on him; got fever. Hematoma still there now.

Hi! I wanted to put this out there because going into surgery, I was expecting my orchiectomy recovery to be pretty simple as it's not a very intense surgery and I am in my early 20s with exceptional health. When things went wrong for me and I couldn't find any experiences at all like my own, I felt incredibly isolated and I don't want anyone else to go through that. I also want those having an orchiectomy to be aware that these things can happen so you don't get blind sided.

In the operating room and for the first few hours after surgery, things seemed to be going perfectly and I was discharged very quickly after surgery. My swelling continued to escalate into the evening and around 10 hours post op I called the nurse line I was given and was advised to go to the ER. In the hours I waited to be seen and in between doctors, the swelling got much worse. The doctor I saw at the ER wasn't especially concerned but I felt very strongly that something was wrong. I was let our of the ER with no treatment and told to just continue icing and elevating, and was given the recommendation to use scrotal support (ie a rolled up cloth under the scrotum).

The first day my pain ranged wildly but the second it was more constant and at a bearable level, especially with the use of scrotal support. Swelling seemed to remain constant throughout the day though the use of scrotal support also changed the shape of my scrotum to more of a ball shape. Bruising escalated considerably but wasn't associated with any other symptoms. I felt well enough to go back to work 3 days after surgery and around day 6, the pain came back but much, much worse. Standing for more than 5 minutes at a time became unbearable and I had to take a couple days off. I feel that overdoing it so early may have contributed so please take at least a full week off, unlike me.

I contacted my surgeon and included pictures 1 week after surgery because the pain was very concerning to me but he told me basically the same thing the ER doctor did. Pain, swelling, and bruising slowly subsided and I continued working. At 15 days I had my post-op appointment and things seemed to be healing up well after that initial hiccup, except for a large, hard mass in my scrotum, mostly on the right side. The doctor I saw thought it was a very large hematoma and expected it to take about 3 months to dissolve. We discussed going back in to surgically remove it as it was getting in the way of my daily life (I live stealth and disguising that large of a bulge was very limiting). She contacted my surgeon and he was more optimistic, saying it should dissolve in around 1 month. Hearing that, we agreed that further surgery would set back my recovery and decided to let it resolve on its own. My scrotal pain fully disappeared shortly after this time.

Around 27 days post op, the pain came back and a few hours later, I saw that I'd soaked through my pants and realized that it was blood, or rather very bloody fluid, coming from a small spot on the incision that had opened up. I was bleeding through a large bandage every few hours and the next morning, I noticed that the swelling had increased considerably. I took the day off and rested and monitored at home. In the afternoon, the bleeding sped up and the pain while standing became nearly unbearable again. I called the nurse line and was advised to go to the ER again. The doctor I saw this time took me very seriously and thought that my scrotum looked absolutely terrible and very likely infected, even though I didn't have any fever symptoms. We did imaging and took cultures and discussed options. We could leave it and see if it gets worse, we could open it up a little wider and see what we could get out under local anasthetic, or we could open up the whole incision and remove the hematoma under general. My doctor convinced me that the second option was the way to go despite my fears and he opened me up right there. It was very painful and uncomfortable but the procedure only lasted about 5-10 minutes and he got out an enormous amount of fluid from my scrotum and inserted a wick to promote further drainage. Within minutes I was feeling so much better. I stayed the night in the hospital and couldn't get much of any sleep so I spent a lot of time walking which promoted even more drainage and my pad had to be changed constantly. I was pumped full of antibiotics and given some to take home and was discharged in the morning. I had to change my wick daily and pads as needed the next few days.

Around noon I started picking up fever symptoms and had a high of 102.4 with terrible symptoms. By bed time the fever had already disappeared though and I was feeling completely better in the morning. I was seen again by the same doctor a few days later and he said it looked great. He removed the wick and said I could just let it heal up now. Things felt great at this point, though there some kind of weird soft tissue getting in the way of the incision healing completely and seemed to almost be getting squished by the skin closing on all sides of it. On day 38, following brief physical exertion and a bit of pressure on my scrotum, really terrible looking bloody goop was farting out of the hole. I got as much of it out as I could, it was probably around a quarter cup in total. I cut off the weird bit of tissue that was getting the way before and inserted a wick which I took out the next day. It seemed to be healing very well after this but briefly opened up again. This time I wasn't able to get as much out but it healed up perfectly and swelling has continued to slowly go down. I still have a small hematoma but things are looking and feeling so much better and I think I'm finally through with this recovery. Let me know if you have any questions!

I just had a horrific thought. Tinfoil hat time... what if it's pedophiles who are advocating for puberty blockers, so these kids will forever have "young bodies"? The person in this post mentions how he still has a very small, child-like penis, but might be close to becoming of adult age. Who do you think would enjoy that sort of body...? :cryblood:
I'm convinced that is already happening. If you've seen this interview with "Kobe", a detransitioner who was on puberty blockers, he talks about how he went through a period of hooking up with older men. And it's only in hindsight that he realizes these men were pedophiles who were only attracted to him because he has the body of a 12 year old boy.

The trans rights movement is a pedophile rights movement, whether they realize it or not.
