Here's the thing, even if his story is 100% true and he dropped her off without money, without credit cards, without her vehicle, while she left her two young kids at home with just a few "camping supplies" to go live "in the wild off grid". It's still incredibly bizarre and suspicious to not call the police/her parents and say "I understand if she doesn't want to come home, doesn't want to be with me, but I'm worried that something is wrong or will happen to my long time partner and mother of our two children and I haven't heard from her in a couple days, could you at least check on her". Normal people don't just drop the mother of their children and long time partner off on the side of the road like a fucking nigger getting rid of pitbull puppies. I could understand if she left with the kids, her cash/cards/vehicle.

I know everyone has already stated the obvious on this one - but this is incredibly suspicious, and I would suspect JFG is most likely the only suspect at this point.

The glaring red flag on this one is that, as far as we are aware, JFG didn't report the mother of his children missing for nearly four months. Generally, unless you are a sociopath you might consider doing it fairly quickly once you know something is off. Which for a normal person is usually quite quick - I've seen people realise something is completely wrong from their husband missing a phonecall. It's presence of the abnormal, absence of the normal - and most people have a feel within their own lives for what that is.

His response, refering to the digital forensics to try and distance himself from suspicion is, err, odd. If I was on that case, I'd be taking a long hard look at that stuff and whether things really add up. What I find more interesting is that JFG here confirms that he was aware of her movements for two days before it went dark. It's not like she got out that car and he gave her no thought - he claims to have been tracking her. This would make me more suspicious, because again - why did you not report this quicker than FOUR MONTHS LATER?

I also find his stressing that it's consensual odd. That sounds like the attempt at a statement written by a lawyer for the media, it smacks of legal talk and it's incredibly cold and uncaring for the mother of his kids. Not to mention, the courts have already had a lot to say about JFG and his notion of consent, little of it good...
