Not really. Considering they probably lacked the evidence to prove actual rape, and Barb was probably not cooperating, the worst they could convict him of is consensual incest, which while repellent is not that serious of a crime. He spent about as much time in jail as some toothless hillbilly would have for shagging his sister.
