JF has said himself he's autistic and a lot of autists have difficulties both with being able to see things from other peoples perspectives and with a lack of empathy themselves, which is one of the main things that makes them seem cold and off putting to people, but in JF's case its also exacerbated by by narcissism and genuine sociopathic traits, so much so that psych eval noted he has both some kind of disordered thinking and a host of other things.
Unlike higher functioning sociopaths who are able to observe normal emotional reactions and at least copy them, JF seems totally unable to see how his behavior is percieved by others, but he has all the signs of a low to moderate iQ narcissist who thinks he's way smarter than he is and doesn't see he looks sus, wether thats his autism or what who know
In a way its a good thing as it makes him far less able to blend in, but its also what people pick up on thats making him look like a psycho.
Its not surprising he's always targeted potato women, the guy has more red flags than a Rodeo.

He is weird, yes, he doesn't care about social norms, yes, he does come off as emotionless (muh psychopath), yes, but that's his personality. He is a cold, rationalistic, introverted, high IQ, autist, and as someone with a disdain for normies, I quite like these traits. I haven't ignored anything, I even read a large part of the documents, since someone posted them, and it makes him look way more sympathetic, I didn't even know an ex even tried to attack him with a knife at some point or that he has 2 brothers who are unemployed incels. As others have stated, not having the body or proof of murder is huge. It is possible to convict without that, but it is hard. There should be enough to show probable cause for a search warrant, especially as he admitted not just cleaning after she left (which I would think is rather innocous) but replastered the walls.

JF is fucked if he ever gets put into a room with them without an attorney present.

It sounds like this has already happened, except the interview took place at his home.

Other people have commented about JF's iq. He can't be that stupid to be a former neuroscience researcher at Duke University. He is a self-admitted autist and that couple with the rough edges around his English make him come across as a quack. By all measures he is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is, because if he were he would have known to keep his mouth shut on streams about this, and to limit his statements to the police to convey that she left him and that he will not continue further without an attorney.

One last thing, two particularly bizarre moments from the interview. 1) stating that Elora "plays with water" ruining two laptops. The second one is describing truckers who pick her up as a hitchhiker as customer. Maybe this poor word choice of customer can be attributed to language difficulties, but his talk of her going with other men, that taking her back requires std screening and making sure she is not pregant from some other men (of course he articulated that concept in his peculiarly froggish manner) suggest that customer means what we think it means. Gross.
