Israel has a demographics problem where the largest population growth is among the conservative religious that refuses to pay taxes, demands massive subsidies, and do not serve in the military.

The most ironic thing about Israel is that the most conservative elements (i.e. the Orthodox) are the least nationalistic and are opposed the state of Israel existing as a explicitly Jewish state. You would think right wing jews would be the most supportive of Israel but it is the liberal/left wing jews are that most nationalistic.

I want to add that the "Palestinian" (as it is a made up term, with them originally seeing Israel as Southern Syria) land wasn't cultivated or spread over, and was basically few villages. While Jews made it an agricultural/industry country.

I've seen the claim made by two large twitter accounts (100K+ followers), one of which has some semi-sketchy news site, but I've not seen any evidence or even something on the trust level of zerohedge make that claim.

With where the weapons supposedly all ended up you would think the US transferred equipment worth five years total war production to the Ukrainians. As long as I don't see proof I don't buy it.

Maybe the point isn't an invasion? They could disincentivize israeli settles by making the area potentially so dangerous that no jew is willing to go there and through this effectively stop further annexation.

The more orthodox elements seem to not really care about that. If their family gets wiped out they just make a new one.

I doubt it. Iran is weak and strife in internal conflict. A conventional war seems high risk low to medium reward for the regime especially since they have their militias to do the dirty work.

I doubt Israel will actually do much of note other than simply kill a few palestinians and then strip them naked to humiliate them like they already did. They lost the optics war because if they were as strong as they claimed to be, none of this would have happened in the first place, least of all to some caveman savages with stolen US weapons.
We won't know the real numbers until the flames start dying down, but the reports already have hundreds of Israeli civilians killed or kidnapped. This isn't how you "win" a war, and killing enemy civvies won't help you win either.
Either way, this already looks to be much more entertaining than the stale ukrainian conflict.

Israel is small enough and the fronts narrow enough and Israel has enough warheads that it could decimate invading Muslim armies and have enough left over to glass at least a couple hundred Muslim capitals and major cities
