Opposing a political ideology or a political state doesn't make sense to me as antisemitic. Unless the US gives them to Israel and Israel then uses them, I really doubt they'll make an appearance. While the A-10 was great during its time, it's really antiquated now and most modern MANPADS can shoot it down pretty easily. It's highly probable that Hamas either currently has modern MANPADS or can get them pretty quickly. Hell it might even be able to take its pick between Russian made systems and US made systems since it has been buying US equipment from Ukraine, and Iran would be more than happy to give systems they've purchased from Russia.
