Honestly, I'm starting to agree with the guy who said he's probably busy working on a plan to settle the Israel/Palestine conflict with brothels.

I love to hate the fact that Crusty Rusty puts "Paralegal. Innovator. Songwriter. Dreamer and a Doer" on his LinkedIn Profile. This is the same nonsense that was popular a few years ago where every job posting didn't say what the job actually was or required, just that they wanted a coding/sales/compliance ROCKSTAR/NINJA/DISRUPTOR etc. It isn't as bad as it used to be but it was insufferable and it doesn't surprise me that he's five years behind the times, just like on everything else in his life.

Rusty, you haven't worked as a Paralegal in HOW many years? Do you even have an active paralegal license anymore? I'm also not sure how he's defining "innovator" or what exactly he has innovated. Maybe he's referring to his PACs? Songwriter....if I"m being VERY generous...yes...technically that's true because he's written "songs" even though we've heard the fruits of said efforts. But by far my favorite is "Dreamer and a Doer".

I'll grant that he's a dreamer in the sense of being completely and utterly lost in a fantasyworld where nothing is real and no logic applies. He's absolutely not a "doer" however, and has put little to no actual work/effort/grind/hustle into a single one of his crackpot daydreams. As we've seen throughout this thread, he just wants to do the initial fun part (fantasizing mostly) and then he goes on to do the most minuscule amount of work possible and expects to reap huge rewards. I'd love to hear him explain what he has actually "done". Not started, not jerked off to the idea of, but actually done and accomplished.

There’s no “paralegal license.” You don’t even have to have a certification. Only CA regulates paralegals directly, requiring certain education and experience (and continuing ed).

Certification is by organization and is optional. If you do get certified, you just have to keep up with continuing education (and fees, presumably) to maintain the certification.

For Rusty, the main issue is that he probably hasn't done anything paralegal related for quite a while. Or at the very least, they simply had him help the male paralegals. I get the feeling he will refuse to volunteer to get the necessary experience needed for such a position, especially since his mushmouth acts as a deterrent for such a position.
