I still think the CLE will eventually do him in, but maybe he's found some scamola to avoid it.
Think it's possible he can use some of Branca's classes to cover the CLE requirements? I doubt it, but maybe he'll come up with some clever way to have them cover at least a little bit. If he did I could see Branca actually going hard on Nick since that's a business thing, can't be mixing friends with money after all.

I agree, but he might not have had a requirement this year. I honestly haven't looked at the CLE requirements in MN.
It's 45 hours every three years, and can almost all be done purely online. It's pretty comparable to other states. I can still see Nick blowing it off because he's just that lazy of a faggot.
Dick: Ack! Ack! Ack! Ack! Another funny joke from Vito! Null sucks! He should come on my show so we can discuss things!
Nick: Vito is hilarious! Also, Null is a stupid faggot, but I also love him, and I hope he makes all the money in the world.
I love how Dick and Riley lied to Nick about what actually happened so he got to make an absolute fucking fool of himself in a seven hour seethe stream where he was totally wrong about the facts, and was wrong about the law even if he'd been right about the facts.

They made him look like an absolute clown while Eric July looked like a genius in comparison (because he consulted actually practicing lawyers).

Specifically he made a buffoon of himself with the signage cope. While it's best practice to have signage, that just creates a presumption that a trespasser had notice. It is rarely strictly necessary if you have actual notice, such as actually being told to leave BY THE FUCKING POLICE and then coming back.

While verbal or written notice by the owner also counts, the trespasser can claim it never actually happened. That's a lot harder to do when there's police paperwork in the form of reports making it a matter of the official record.

If it's every three years he might very very have satisfied the requirement earlier.

Personally, I think Nick would do it, but he'd probably also bitch about it and we'd hear it. Which leads me to believe he wasn't due this go around.

While Nick's law license isn't directly useful to him any more, it's tangentially useful in that it gives him "cred." If that thing ever switches to NOT AUTHORIZED he'll catch so much shit from the growing gallery of critics.

If it's possible, and the easiest way, he'll do it. This is the same guy who was able to write the Shelby and (allegedly) the shitty paintings off as business expenses. Mind you, I assume that's all perfectly legal, but it also shows how ridiculously easy it is to manipulate the tax code if you are a person of means, and know how.

While I think the tax code could be more equitable, I really have zero problem with people avoiding (not evading) taxes by doing anything they're legally allowed to do. Why would anyone give more money to the government (to squander on stupid shit) than they have to? So of all my Nick gripes, that's about at the bottom of the list.

If you have the option of itemizing deductions take every one you legally can. Depreciate every depreciable asset. Pay as little as possible.

Nick’s homeschool set up sounds like absolute chaos.

Nobody seems to know who is doing what on a day to day basis (this could be a Rekieta problem though) & a bazillion trips to & from activities hardly seems worth it when it means the sole breadwinner can’t even manage a work schedule (again, probably a Rekieta problem but still)
Part of the chaos may be because some of the activities at the high school level are either connected to the local schools rather than the co-op or are otherwise secular, which increases the fraction of time that the schedules aren't overlapping, but that doesn't really answer why Kayla doesn't appear to be doing any of the driving especially when the driving cuts into his late-night show.

But basically, they are billboard for the necessity of strictly regulating homeschooling..

What are even the benefits of this “homeschool” which is hardly done at home? At this rate, why not send them to a regular pubic or private school, advise them to ignore any troonary & it would make their family life easier? Could hardly be worse for the kids than the degen weirdness they see from their dysfunctional parents on the daily.
It's very bizarre because based on what he said recently, the involvement with the homeschool co-op appears limited to activites and certain classes in that most of the schooling appears to be done at home.

- Part of his schedule issues was a change since spring. His kids do everything except Maths and English at home. All the children take Violin, Piano, and Percussion. They also take science, history, and Fine Art classes. The problem is that none of thr private teachers coordinate their schedules so it is crazy.

- This is the first year he has had to get up by 7 AM and he hates it. He takes the children to the event because he can get back home within an hour and Kayla cannot sleep

- Nick teaches the secondary school Maths. He stands in when Kayla cannot teach. Otherwise Kayla teaches Maths and English. He also likes Physics like Quantum Mechanics and Astrophysics. He could also do Chemistry and Biology if he had to with Civics.

According to this report of what he's said on Locals, "His kids do everything except Maths and English at home." Seems black and white to me unless wires got crossed when this summary was written.

I've said it before, but it bears repeating. I'm pretty sure Nick just uses his kids as an excuse for his absolute faggotry and inability to do anything he says he'll do.

Oh, I don't disagree... Take whatever deductions are legally allowable.

But in the back of my head I'm also thinking "The Paintings? Really? The fuck?"

You have to admit, it does seem kinda silly that those abominations would be covered as business expenses when all they really are is crappy vanity set dressing that animals probably piss all over (I think you've even said that yourself at several points).

Also, he talks like a fag, and his shit's all retarded.

And he wears a faggot-ass shirt.

Be Nick. Get lovely wife who blesses you with a bunch of lovely kids. Start internet shekel stream. Becomes popular enough this is all you have to do. It’s easy work you just talk to a camera. Instead of being grateful to God at being blessed you turn to drink. Streams start to rank because of drink. Degeneracy slow sets in. This is fine I’m still friends with Dick Masterson he’s cool guy. Hey I think I’ll switch to drugs to perk up.

Remember Nick. All becomes gunt. I hope you’re still exercising to keep those booze calories off.

Short answer, no.

Longer answer: Branca is clear on what his classes are and aren't. His "online law education" system is completely informational but not accredited in any way. It's legal theory, without the woke shit but also without accreditation.

I don't remember if Branca has done CLE courses, but I know he has done self-defense knowledge courses, online and in person. Again, these are not CLE, but they are for the general public to learn their rights.

Is it possible to try to weasel something to be CLE? No idea in Minnesota.

A lot of people who do CLE aren't academics but practictioners. There are actually useful CLE courses although you can also cruise by just taking courses about stuff you already know, if you are lazy (which is what I assume Drunkieta does). My general opinion is if you have to do it anyway you might as well do it with something actually useful to you.

Stream Lowlights Oct. 11: ISOM Lawsuit Moving Forward, My Appeal Moves Forward, Unintentional Racism, and Trump Rumble here.

Grade B-? He didn't get drunk. At least there's that. It got funnier when he got off ISOM and his case.

"For all of Josh's handwringing kvetching, it's on his fucking website. [pause] and in any other circumstance than his own fucking butthurt... '[Mocking Josh] The farms is really good at getting facts' . Are they, Josh? Seems like it on Montegraph. You understand humans though, right? Tell me more about my life. You're nailing it. You've got it SO right, Josh. You've got it fuckin' right."

- Nick Rekieta (It was nasty. Rumble 3:38:30-3:39:20... obviously re Monty. Should be clipped and tagged to Null if it hasn't already been.)

Big-ish News: Nick will be going to Mar-a-Lago. (It's likely the Rumble event that he mentioned on Monday. It seems Trump and Rumble are romancing. Makes sense.)

- Briefly referenced Worst Day at Rumble 3:34:00 and his momentary contemplation of suicide. "It's not what anyone thinks. It's actually much gayer."

- There was no show Tuesday bc he had to make an "emergency" drive Tuesday night. He then said it wasn't really an emergency. Anyway, he got back after 3 a.m. (WTF?)

ISOM - Covered Good Shepherd's CEO's statement.
- After reading the docs (with Kurt a while ago) he's reversed and now believes Good Shepherd (GS) has a chance. This is based on similarities with the cross, the conservative readership, and both publishing similar type of products, but mostly...

1. GS spent 20+ years building their brand
2. SEO issues. July's ISOM is now competing with GS's in google searches - that's an issue.

- Nick claims that his new assessment has NOTHING to do with his drama with July.

- Believes the 2 emails (from DAX peeps?) that GS uses as evidence that the two ISOMs are being confused are stupid and obviously from trolls. He read the letters and said he knows trolls bc he's a troll.

- July's registered address for Rippaverse is improper bc it's a PO box but it's not a big deal.

- At 1:37:15 YT he shows a clip (not Elissa's) to justify his position. (I can't find it.)

- Nick gave Vito cover bc early on Vito tweeted that he can provide "proof" that the shenanigans with Good Shephard had nothing to do with Dick, Vito, or anyone associated with them. (Whatever. Does he really believe this shit?)

- Did not go over the appeal docs.

- Went over domicile laws.

- Said Schnieder "lied openly to the court" about Monty living in ILL.

- Around Rumble 2:10:00 indicated that he WOULD be open to settling with a summary judgment - if it comes to that. From what I can tell, Nick wants a summary judgment so that they DON'T go to discovery which he thinks is a waste of time bc he admits he said what he said. (@AnOminous may want to take a listen and interpret. Lots of finer points of law. It's all about "conflicts of law" - Nick says he does not understand that area of law.)

- Covered this article about Black shoplifters. (I did laugh.)

- Covered this article featuring streamer Meatball filming crimes in Philly. He couldn't find the liquor store footage. She's since been charged with several crimes. Laughed at Meatball's lawyer's response here. (It's very funny and absurd.) Nick rightfully said that the simple defense should be that she is a citizen journalist.

- Explained why Trump's not getting a jury trial in NY.

- Something something Jack Smith. I think it's this issue.

- 43 min. late yet Nick was in chat during this time while he was on NinaInfinity's show.
- Wants to do a stream on homeschooling with Kevin Sarbo's wife bc they've created a curriculum. Kayla will likely not want to participate.

- NinaInfinity in chat
- He didn't know it was RyanTheEditor's bday.

Personal Admin Note: I'm always happy to provide timestamps upon request within a few days of these summaries - as I've done 2x. (I can generally recall approx when he said what.)

Edit: Added Rumble link & typos.

He's a buttmad, drunk, angry faggot and always wrong about everything these days. Nothing he's said recently has been remotely correct. He retardedly defended Riley only for the cops to come out with a felony rap.

According to this report of what he's said on Locals, "His kids do everything except Maths and English at home." Seems black and white to me unless wires got crossed when this summary was written.

Mea culpa. It should have said they ONLY do Maths and English at home. Every other Subject is outsourced. I mangled those 2 ideas together.

- Briefly referenced Worst Day at Rumble 3:34:00 and his momentary contemplation of suicide. "It's not what anyone thinks. It's actually much gayer."

Did his Balldo get stuck?

I do not typically deride people who say they are struggling, (it night be a big deal to them, if not to me) but Nick's life has been a relative cake walk to most. He does not know how truly difficult the world can be.

What if it's not Nick with the health issues? May explain why he's constantly playing chauffer and why Kayla now appears to be permanently indisposed. I know giving him the benefit of the doubt is probably not going to get much traction, but it's a thought.
