2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

They wanted to make a poor taste dark joke, the IDF had other plans and didn't find it funny. Excessive but they're at war, sucks to be you Ahmad.

The line-crossing for me is profit. Sure, we are a complete shit-posting site, but no-one makes money from it, not even Jersh. We share things that are dark or sick or weird out of general interest and information. When you ratchet up the advantage in posting some dark shit from shits&giggles to actual material profit, that's when I'm going to be like, yeah, you fucked around and found out.

Put it this way: the shop owner tried to exploit a kidnapped (and probably dead) grandmother to appeal to Palestinians in order to sell more pizza.

It's the note of triumphalism in it that I bet pissed off the IDF. The idea that everyone in Palestine thinks it's so hilarious that they kidnapped a granny that the advertising will increase their sales. That's what provokes the bulldozer response. It's the implication that Palestinian civilians are revelling in inflicting trauma on Israelis.

Watching people cheer shit like this on, on a website that's banned in Russia by Roskomnadzor for the 'Ho-Ho-Holocaust' meme, is really wild. They literally bulldozed a pizza shop over an edgy shitpost
They trolled the Jews on the internet, the Jews trolled them back irl.

What's the problem? :smug:

Well, Josh does make money from the site, even if it is from user donations. Hell, his last MATI was about rise, fall, and eventual suicide of LowTax and that raised a good chuck of superchat cash because it was anticipated stream because people know who LT is. Regardless of option about LT, that stream is a form of exploitation of a dead man that got Josh money. (Not hating on Josh and I liked the stream, just pointing out how Josh profit from site content).

What they did was not that much diffrent. Edgy and tasteless, sure. But it absolutely didnt warrent the added cost and humiliation of having their store extra judicially bulldozed. If Israel wants to punish them then just arrest and charge them under whatever bullshit hate speech laws they got like any normal faggot country.

I don't know why Palestinian supporters are crying about people ''lying'' about beheaded babies. Muslims have beheaded plenty of children in the past, why would they suddenly be against it now?
It's the last cope they have.

I would like to think Josh would have the good sense to not do that in an active warzone though. For me this case is like coach red pill fawning over the russians while living in Ukraine during the war. Should they get consequences for that? Debatable, but it is such a retarded thing to do that I have little pity.

The guys of American Thinker posted this article who might be worth a little detour.

For Israel, Failures Never Learned and Lessons for Today

By Alexander G. Markovsky

As prominent Zionist Max Nordau once observed, “Logic is a Greek art, and Jews can’t tolerate it. The Jew learns not by way of reason but from catastrophes.” Although the circumstances have changed greatly since those words were written, Max Nordau’s wisdom as applied to Israel has not changed.
In 1947, Arab countries rejected a UN plan to partition the British mandate in Palestine into two states. Armed with British weaponry and guided by British officers, Arabs were convinced they could claim the entire territory by military triumph. If not for comrade Stalin, who supplied the Jews with weapons via Czechoslovakia and dispatched hundreds of seasoned Soviet officers and generals of Jewish heritage to Palestine, all of whom played a pivotal role in the formation, organization, and leadership of the Israeli army, including the air force, Israel would not exist....

....Fortunately, Hamas’ time has passed, and a new era, characterized by political, economic, and philosophical transformation, has dawned in the Middle East. Donald Trump’s ABRAHAM Accord ushered in a fundamental change in the relations between Arab nations and Israel.

The dynamics have shifted: it’s no longer a binary conflict between Arabs and Jews. Instead, it has evolved into a coalition of Sunni Arab nations, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates, aligning with Israel to counter the existential threat of nuclear Shia Iran. As a result, the focus has diverged away from Palestinian rights to fostering cooperation against the common peril. In this new landscape, the Palestinian issue has become an obstacle to the emerging reality.

Against this background, the latest attack by Hamas’s barbaric savages should be viewed as the last desperate attempt to remain relevant. Indeed, there were no calls by the Saudis and other Sunni states for an immediate ceasefire, no threats of oil embargo, and no customary condemnation of Israel. (Admittedly, Saudi Arabia’s Mohammed bin Salman issued a statement supporting the Palestinians, although it was weak sauce lip service compared to what once might have been.) The rest of the world is preoccupied with other problems....

or, on the other side, any of the people in russia who got arrested and thrown in jail (or had to flee the country to avoid prison) for opposing putins ukraine invasion.
openly being an edgy dickhead to people who have power over you is dumb, you're basically asking directly for that boot to get on your face, especially in times of war.

this applies in the west just the same btw. the reprisals are less direct and blunt, but they exist all the same, just ask josh about his banking situation.

As far as I know, the site doesn't make money, but the user donations help to keep it online. MATI is Josh's own income and doesn't go towards the site, although you could argue that he uses the material that we gather here to make money (but then, so do tons of youtubers who talk about various cows, and journos as well).

Since the thread seems to have slowed a little, I'd like to comment about the lack of "Global Day of Jihad" yesterday (and yes I know I'm late lol). For the record, I have studied Islam by looking into the Qur'an, the Sirah (biography of Muhammad), and hadiths (traditions about Muhammad), as well as some history about Islam in general. (Islam is great in how the more you look into it, the more you realize it's the worst ideology ever conceived of by man, though it's a close tie with Marxism).

Jihad basically just means "struggle" and does in fact not just mean physical violence. You'll see a lot of Muslims claim it only means the inner struggle against the devil or whatever, and this is partially true. However, if you study Islam, you'll quickly learn that Islam largely sees jihad as the struggle against the Kafir ("infidel"). Jihad can be done in four ways - by the sword, the mouth, the pen, and the purse. Basically if a Muslim donates money to Hamas, that would be considered jihad since they're contributing to their struggle against Jews.

Jihad by the mouth is especially interesting - in addition to converting Kafirs to Islam, this also includes taqiyya ("sacred deception"). So if a Muslim lies to you and says "jihad only refers to our internal struggle against sin," he is committing jihad by deceiving the Kafir about Islam's true intentions.

I legit wouldn't be entirely surprised if Muslim terrorist attacks did happen but just on a different day, since that would actually be considered good by Muslims since it deceived the Kafir. But I doubt this would actually happen since I think most Muslims outside Gaza actually understand this would just make the rest of the world more pissed with them lol. Also a lot of them are likely cowards. Just look at all the Arabs going "we support Palestine, Israel needs to fuck off" but then crickets when it comes to actually helping Gaza.

tl;dr Islam is retarded and jihad isn't just physical violence, but it generally has been just that over the course of Muslim history. As many others have said, I'm pro-Israel on this side partly because at their very worst, Jews aren't going to fucking invade your home, rape your wife, kill you and mutilate your corpse.

It's not a far fetched fear mongering tactic, they've done it before.
Because they might fear they would lost of support of some leftists if it wasn't already in the case of some celebrities and I guess they wouldn't like that old documentary mentioned in that article. https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/world-news/war/can-we-all-get-along/

I have been throughout the region. I have driven through the West Bank and spoken to both Israelis and Palestinians. I have explored the entire area and even took the first flight between Israel and Egypt when relations began. The common people get along. This documentary, The Heart of Jenin, is a 2008 documentary film written and directed by Marcus Vetter and Leon Geller. This film is important to watch for it reveals the story of Ismael Khatib from Jenin, a Palestinian whose son was shot by Israeli soldiers by mistake because he had a toy gun.

Instead of seeking revenge, he donated his son’s organs to Israeli children. In April 2010, The Heart of Jenin won the German Film Award for Best Documentary Film. What this film shows is the common people – not the political hatred of extremists who live for violence no different than our American Neocons who love war and have no problem sacrificing your children for their political agendas. When Field Marshall Goring was put on trial at Nuremberg, he explained something that is so true, but it is never discussed in school and certainly never by mainstream press, which has become the cheerleader for World War III.
