At this point I think its safe to say that Nick is a bigger loser than DSP
Well, we haven't gotten to the bankruptcy... yet.

Incidentally, DSP is another legal issue Nick was wrong about.

Though, to be fair, I think nearly everybody missed the mark on that one. Phil survived the IRS. I am convinced he is a demon. Only Jesus Christ himself could defeat him. After the world is destroyed in nuclear hellfire, Phil will be streaming about broken game mechanics to an audience of cockroaches.

EDIT:

@Himedall All-seeing Waifu I had to google, after watching, because I don't trust the guy sticking his balls in peoples rectums on the Bible, call me crazy. It turns out there's a ton of literature on the Paul thing and not only does he seem to be wrong, doctrinally from what I found but I think it's the most important thing to come out of the EFAP he did. It illustrates that he doesn't really believe christian teaching can or should be adhered to when inconvenient, which places him firmly outside what I understand to be the zeitgeist of that faith.

Caveat that religious interpretations vary, but most of what Nick has expressed have been what I would classify as 'religious platitudes' (e.g. Jesus loves you not matter what, try to be a good person, Christians are not perfect, grace is amazing, you just have to have faith, and the like). Many of those here with some kind of deeply held personal beliefs have nevertheless come to an agreement that Nick is VERY far off the mark when he gets to actual dogma.

P.S. I have all the correct Biblical interpretations, FYI.

If you have to self censor when asking a fucking question about an hypothetical then you might as well just unplug the Internet and go back to the 70s, you can't and should not walk on eggshells because some random retard might twist a comment to the point of abject insanity.
People have been threadbanned for "hypothetically" "suggesting" people contact CPS over Nick's children and Null has said not to make such retarded comments. There's already accusations that the people in this thread violate the forum rules by meddling in Nick's personal life. You can use all the colorful language to make it sound implausible, but all these things have already happened.

Asking why people don't call the authorities to potentially take away his children clearly looks like you're suggesting someone do exactly that. "We can't even ask why we're not involving the authorities to rip apart his household and take away his children because people will twist it into thinking we want that happen? Shit, just shut down the whole Internet then." A bit dramatic, don't you think?

Even if someone called the CPS and the call actually made the CPS check on Nick, they'd see that the kids are fed, clothed, have roof over their heads and attend their homeschool coop. Nick is a shitty drunk parent, but he's nowhere near the level the state would want to get involved. Unless some poster here gets in a car accident involving drunk Nick driving his kids around, no one here has a reason to contact anyone.

Respectfully, I disagree. I think that we're just so used to seeing it because we're on a Mongolian throat singing drama site.
I don't believe "we" can ascribe ourselves to be any kind of authorities on social/connected alike behavior (even as an autistic Kiwi). We can only point out what is not normal. Though I'd argue offline interactions are being impacted, it's main driver is simple human condition rather than online behavior. It's perfectly natural to see one's life view from the perspective of self and to operate accordingly. Consistently doing so in a healthy, not self-serving way is no small task for literally anyone. Thus, TLDR: Healthy codependence is a lost, but worthwhile art. We have to look a little harder for it now, and I think we largely agree it's still there in healthy enough numbers. I'm not so sure that it is "most", however, but I always prefer to operate as that could be the case in any situation if that makes sense. Still, the ability to socialize productively as an essential skill set for emotional well-being seems to have declined. Still, I will give the "most" consideration a little bit more thought however and start counting beans. It is certainly easier to point out the negative, as we are creatures who fixate on contrast, and that is a valid point.

Editing stuff:

One of my favorite activities is to come to the Farms to read colorful language. Still, I think notifying CPS would be "lame" given the circumstances. It'd be a pointless endeavor with lesser outcomes for the children even if one were to find justification to take the kids. The better alternative is Kayla stepping out or the grandparents becoming involved.

However... if a Minnesota cop happens to find himself behind a swirving Balldo in the middle of the morning with some kids in tow, I will be the very opposite of unpleased if he gets picked up because drunk driving is atrocious.

Let's have some good light hearted news. I would like a toast to my parents. They have reached a milestone in life rarely seen these days. Today marks their 40th wedding anniversary.

Imagine how embarrassed these parents would be if they knew that their worthless child was parading their relationship around in a forum of sexual degenerates in an attempt to get asspats from his coomer lord.

"We got a lot of things right dear, but how in God's name did we ever manage to give birth to and raise that little fucking moron."

"Yes, I've been opposed to abortion my whole life, but I look at that child of ours and think... sometimes there has to be a place for mercy killings. "

I think it's pretty much a given that Nick's kids are going to be the type of homeschooled kids that end up emotionally/mentally/behaviorally stunted despite the supposedly superior education they've been receiving. A little unhinged, really no better off than the kids who went to public school.

I was around a homeschooled 8 y/o at work recently; she's what some might call "sharp" but still acts about 6 (developmentally a big difference) and doesn't know how to behave around kids are own age. She has no "calm" button, it's almost like she can't handle all the stimulation of being around even one peer. I am told her parents don't really discipline her on top of that.

The one good thing about Nick's kids being "homeschooled" is the chances of them getting bullied for shit their dad does and says is much lower than if they went to a school school.

The toasts make a return:
I can't stand these losers that feel the need to share their sob stories with their e-daddy and his following. Who the fuck are you that anyone outside of your immediate family and friends should care?

She was showing off her leather tits too. Click at your own risk.

Yeehaw, that is some tanned hide, could make a nice pair of boots out of that.

If you’re a parent, or deeply desire to be, this video SHOULD disgust you. I’m not trying to alog, but holy shit. Imagine resenting your babies. I’ll take the hats, I don’t care.
I'm not a father but definitely want to be one at some point. I can understand getting tired of your children sometimes when they're being annoying but to so clearly just resent them and just wish you never had them is something I just can't understand. Why is being an alcoholic, pill-popping, sex addicted degenerate more important and fulfilling to you than raising your own flesh and blood into respectable adults and giving them a happy, problem free (as much as possible) childhood?

"Oh look, I'm one of the special kind! I come from such a rare stable background! Can you see me now!?" As if merely being a member of Nick's Locals brought this stability into question somehow.

Why else bring up one's parents to virtual randos? Oh I know. Sally cares! Let's see if we can get her validation. After all, we're all competing for the same position as most friendly bottom feeder, in keeping with the Creator's brand of course.
It is so incredibly and immensely pathetic that people actually do these things and I just cannot comprehend why anyone with at least a semi-functional family would do this kind of shit? How much of a complete and utter loser do you have to be to try and beg attention from some parasocial e-daddy, especially when you have your own fucking father who, apparently, raised you?

Even if someone called the CPS and the call actually made the CPS check on Nick, they'd see that the kids are fed, clothed, have roof over their heads and attend their homeschool coop. Nick is a shitty drunk parent, but he's nowhere near the level the state would want to get involved. Unless some poster here gets in a car accident involving drunk Nick driving his kids around, no one here has a reason to contact anyone.
Even if CPS did get involved and take away the kids would they actually go to a better home instead of going to some pedophile or abuser? As far as I know Nick might be a negligent, alcoholic loser dad who resents his children but he doesn't abuse them. Regardless of people's thoughts on Nick I have extreme doubts that getting the kids taken away would put them in a better situation.

TLDR: Healthy codependence is a lost, but worthwhile art.
I think the word you're looking for is interdependence

My man, I brought the receipts. You're caught on video. If I didn't have a job I'd do an "Alcohol Count" for every stream he does and send it to Himedall for inclusion in her overviews.

I think this number is the only one left to determine, factually speaking.
Anyone can -and will- Balldoguard/Parasocialize/Deflect/Gaslight anyways.
Numbers are numbers. Even the coomon LOCALS denominator will be able to see them.

I can even imagine the thought forming into their heads:
- "Hey, why paying attention to the virtue signalling rants of an opinionated non-practicing lawyer
that happens to drink an average of X glasses of whisky per stream...? I should be better than that."

Either that, or watching Rekieta play Disco Elysium on a livestream
will prove to be, perhaps, revelatory about the skills he's hoping to max out.

"I am The Law", the delusions of somebody willing to drink his previous life away and all that
would make for an amusingly uncomfortable couple of mass LOCALS epiphanies, I'm certain.

Wait Rekieta NOOOOO.jpg

"Has X happened/I'm surprised X hasn't happened" isn't "why is nobody doing X", particularly when as mentioned, it is unfortunately way too common with streamers who have kids.

Would you say that if someone asks "Has X been swatted" or "I'm surprised X hasn't been swatted" it means the person wants to encourage false reports to possibly result in someone's death? this is asinine.

I'm fairly certain the cretin you're talking about when you mention people getting banned is TiC, someone you'll see nobody defend, because he went and pozloaded my neghole (and did so hard) as it were.

I stand by my comment on self censorship and use of colorful language, not sorry it bothers you.

Also do not put words in my mouth, fuckface, that is not what I'm saying or implying. Fuck you for even suggesting it.

Literally everyone did. Nobody thought "oh he's just going to commit absolutely brazen bankruptcy fraud and the creditors and the judge are just going to go oh well whatever" which is what happened.
I can't stand these losers that feel the need to share their sob stories with their e-daddy and his following. Who the fuck are you that anyone outside of your immediate family and friends should care?
People so pathetic they need to pay someone to pretend (poorly while openly yawning) that they give a shit. It's pretty sad really.
@elb Do you choose the thumbnails for your videos or are they set by Youtube? I was scrolling through and noticed a lot of them feature Nick holding a beverage and was curious if that was a stylistic decision or if it's a happy accident from Youtube's algorithms.
Lately he's almost always holding an alcoholic beverage in his hand at all times while making bizarre gurning facial expressions. That's when he isn't doing something even more freakish like literally licking the empty bottle to make sure he doesn't waste even a drop of that sweet jizzum booze.

Nope, I don't know all that much (if anything) about TIC. The person I'd had in mind was more recent; about 2-3 weeks back someone mentioned calling CPS in a similar fashion and was threadbanned by Null. I'm glad you stand by your comment though and your post didn't bother me.

If the yt options aren’t great I mostly just choose one he doesn’t look derpy in that’s appropriate for the tone of the clip
