With the water back on, Israel must have given up on Egypt allowing mass refugee camps.

The IDF is now going to have to fight a ground campaign in Gaza with mass numbers of non-combatatns present, and their biggest ally providing arms toppled two countries with 120 million in population and only directly killed 15,000 non-combatants.

Israel is going to be conducting the same operation in southern lebanon. You might as well call the situation there a war.
