I love how they never address that there’s a sex offender registry because 1) society considers those crimes uniquely abhorrent, and 2) SO’s have the highest rates of recidivism because it’s a pathology, not something you do once because you thought you could get away with it. Someone who sexually abuses will always want to do so.

That's because you have to use Finasteride too, as that's the one that decreases your DHT levels and stops the hair loss. Minox only helps to regrow hair, in follicles that aren't dead. So there's a time limit from losing hair to it having no effect.
You get minox over the counter, but fin is prescription. So there's a rather high threshold for people to treat androgenic alopecia. It's possible, but most people aren't dedicated and dumb.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that even chomos hate other chomos. I still can hardly believe that we reached a point in time were people are advocating for the better treatment of child rapists, even if it's mostly in online spaces.
