It's very dishonest to act like Punk was innocent at all in this situation. They are to this day, still making Discord alts, and harassing anyone that they can make into their victim. A member has had to leave several servers now because of it. Keep in mind, that everyone Punk has harassed is someone who has exposed them for extremely sick behavior. They have been at this for months now, even when most of the people they've gone after have moved on. Punk doesn't just do these things on Discord, but takes to Twitter too. Even attacking people who haven't directly done anything to him, but happen to be affiliated with the people that exposed him. They continue to repeatedly make extremely violent threats towards people who are their victims, as well as towards anyone or anything related to Genshin Impact itself. No matter how old Punk is, all of these things deserve some sort of consequences.

It's beyond trolling, because as stated before, many of the things they say and do can have legal action taken against them, as well as the fact that they have actively stated that they want to harm their victims. A few people have even had to leave several discord servers, or switch discord accounts entirely to avoid them. Punk has been doing these extremely vile things for months on end, and it won't stop until some sort of serious consequences come from it. Whether it be telling their parents about what they've done, or reporting them to whatever authorities are in their area. The screenshots below aren't even a few of the things that they do. It isn't even limited to discord either, as they've also spread their behavior to sites such as Twitter and continued to harass people on there. All day and all night all of their time is dedicated to doing these things. It's beyond pathetic at this point.
