It's never confidence building when they say "dood I have this thing, just wait" rather than just being silent until they have the actual thing to post.Don’t know if it’s been posted yet (rate me late if so) but I saw a IDF spokesman claiming they have recordings of Hamas officials who did not know they were being listened to admitting it was a misfire from Gaza and discussing how to deflect blame. Said it’ll be posted soon.
Wonder if it’s legit. Don’t know if I trust anything posted exclusively by IDF or Hamas since they’re both just churning out nonstop propaganda, but would be interesting to see what they’ve supposedly got and hear how they supposedly got it.
Add to this theory that Hamas has long been known to use Hospitals, Schools and Mosques as ammo dumps and launch sites precisely because the Israeli's are reluctant to counter strike them. There were some claims earlier in the thread that the hospital received a warning from the IDF. Chances are they were targeting close to the hospital and missed the target in a very bad way. Not that anybody will ever admit to that. Shit happens during war. And this type of shit is rarely ever with deliberate intent. There is a solution to the issue that hasn't been considered. Counter fire. The rocket going up would have revealed the launch site to Israeli Artillery. If Hamas launched the rocket close to the Hospital, all it would take is minor mathematical errors in the targeting solution or some counter fire radar operator fat fingering the wrong number to send the counter fire off course by 100 meters. Into the hospital instead of the launch site.
For full details see the video. A colossal volume of false statements is being spewed on Xitter and it's also possible to game the community notes feature to fan the flames. For example, someone claiming to be a reporter posted "A source close to Elon Musk revealed he is close to taking his own life." A community note appeared below it saying just "True." Twitter makes it possible for people to spew torrents of lies and it strongly incentivizes it with revenue sharing. How is this different from the regular online journalism revenue model? Is it just the fact that any random asshole can exploit it now?
Would archive but .is isn't working for me right now.
Thread from a New York Times Visual Investigations reporter (aka the closest thing to a real journalist at NYT) on the Hamas paraglider training camp. Seems it was known to the IDF, they bombed it back in 2014 and 2021:
CNN piece on the base which goes into more detail:
Best I could do for ya is this JDAM compilation from Iraq/Afghanistan. There's a bunch more in this very thread that can also be used for comparison. Again, you be the judge.

I was willing to accept it was a HAMAS rocket fucking up or an intercept gone wrong but God damn that sounds like a JDAM.
I wouldn't worry about it
Don't want to sound biased but such an "oopsie doopsie, they caught us saying we're innocent" leak doesn't seem particularly trustworthy.Don’t know if it’s been posted yet (rate me late if so) but I saw a IDF spokesman claiming they have recordings of Hamas officials who did not know they were being listened to admitting it was a misfire from Gaza and discussing how to deflect blame. That boom's still too big for an artillery shell. Is rocket artillery used for this type of counter fire? Israel operates a variety of tracked and truck-mounted systems. Could explain why Israel's air-based forces denied involvement, i.e. if it really wasn't them but a ground-to-ground missileThere is a solution to the issue that hasn't been considered. Counter fire. This is plausible as well. In reality, no one should give a shit that a hospital was hit unless it was provably deliberate and not in the aim of a military objective. Unfortunately, muslims and leftists need an excuse to go rabid at Israel and as it goes this is perfect.Add to this theory that Hamas has long been known to use Hospitals, Schools and Mosques as ammo dumps and launch sites precisely because the Israeli's are reluctant to counter strike them. Well i say that, but i live in a country where some sandal wearing mong might actually attempt to attack me lol.what is the symbolism of this? i don't speak sand nigger
Is it not raised annually? I believe it is for the annual celebration of Imam.
Not to mention that the flyers mentioned a ground op, not an airstrike.Add to this theory that Hamas has long been known to use Hospitals, Schools and Mosques as ammo dumps and launch sites precisely because the Israeli's are reluctant to counter strike them. Don't know if its been posted yet, but in Ben Shapiro's latest episode he has stated the role of the USA to stop the crisis is to aid in the depopulation of Gaza and moving the Palestinians out of it as refugees.
