The description of their big project on their IndieGogo a while back made me think it must be some sort of parody.

This character Strong was voicing, "Bill the Orphan" was one of the most tedious sort of characters to be found in "adult" animation, the "innocent looking character who is actually violent and murderous." So boring. The garbage artwork on this show is barely a step above Corporate Memphis.

For that Batman and Robin bit...they clearly never read the comics or absorbed much Batman material. It's brought up a LOT that Batman and his various Robins don't have healthy relationships. One even left him to become Nightwing.
