2023 Israel-Palestine Armed Conflict

Also, here's a video of some kind of JDAM-equipped bomb, I think the biggest compatible Mk. 84, exploding in airburst. The ground effect looks like it could cause the damage seen in the parking lot, but maybe with a smaller explosive charge.

It's a bit long, but Ritter makes a strong case that the reason Hamas committed to such a ferocious attack with large civilian causalities, was that Hamas wants the IDF to send in ground troops. He makes the case they're using rockets and older weapons right now, because they likely have caches of modern missiles. A ground strike would likely result in an ambush, one that would trap the IDF within Gaza and slaughter them
Guerrilla warfare doesn't work when you are swamped by well supplied enemies in a small space.
Besides, if a ground offensive fails, then Israel will just continue its terror bombings from the sky.

Hamas themselves said that they only expected to get away with a few hostages and that their success was unexpected. Other Palestinian groups joined in as well as soon as the wall blew and they realized that it was a free for all. This was luck on hamas's side, not a planned massacre.

It's really eyeopening re-reading some of this thread again from the beginning. The question of "what the fuck is Hamas trying to gain with a rape and murder spree? Surely they're going to get annihilated" was answered with Israel getting its Jew balls cut off for even thinking of doing more than a few knock bombings. Israel can't even attempt to get the hostages back or threaten to cut off water and electricity without humantarian organisations sperging about the Palestinian children.

Hamas has managed to not only get away with an eyewateringly brutal terrorist attack caught in full HD, as well as unite the Arab world into hotheaded prostests across the WORLD and somehow Israel has ended up the bad guy in all of this.
Isreal screwed up by not moving much, much faster.

Don't want to derail with environmental sperging, but water your plants with Coke and tell me that it isn't toxic.

Plants can't live on a mixture of caramel color, corn syrup, and phosphoric acid, who knew?

Humans can't either, but it usually just melts our teeth and gives us the beetus.

It's not great for plants obviously, but its not exactly Round-Up, either.

It does look like the blast radius was very small; just those cars and the awning. The building next to it is fine. The pavement behind them is destroyed (not sure if you were implying there was no blast). But it does seem unlikely it killed 500 people.

There is a good chance Hamas is making this strikes and intentionally trying to provoke the IDF to send in a ground force. See my previous post on the Scott Ritter interview; makes me think Hamas is setting up an ambush.
Oh since the 2nd day I suspected Hamas want Israel in there possibly for an ambush or to have their forces pinned down temporarily in Gaza while forces in the West Bank and Lebanon make a move. I’ll look at the Ritter interview.

The real thing, are there still intact windows? A 500lb bomb would have smashed all of them through shrapnel and pressure. These things don't just turn into fireballs, they turn the casing and such into small pieces of metal moving at high velocities.

That's what 2000lb bomb, what the Mk84 is, looks like when it detonates. The facades of those buildings should be fucked.

500lb bombs.

Your random Twitter bomb noise experts are most likely wrong, but if your settled Narrative is "The Jews Did It!" then nothing is going to convince you otherwise, because the truth doesn't matter at this point.

Yes this video clearly shows there's no way Israel could be responsible, just look at how big that explosion is.

The optimist in me hopes that this flashpoint makes European powers suddenly realise the extent of what allowing truckloads of radical Islamists into their countries and does something about it, but by now it's too little too late.

When you have hundreds of thousands of radicalised muslim men of fighting age spread across most major European cities then it becomes an issue that not even the police or army could successfully dismantle. It feels like something major is going to happen very soon (before this weekend perhaps) and the police are going to be forced to stand well back and instructed to not draw any weapons for fear of a bloodbath.

Watched this new video from channel 5 and all I could think of while watching it was

Why are these people in our country
Why are these people in our country
Why are these people in our country
Why are these people in our country
Why are these people in our country

Why did our government import a problem.
To put fear in your back yard where you don't have a TV screen between you and the Big Bad Wolf. So you will advocate for another war because protests and jihad killings are scary. The emotional manipulation to import 2 million Palestinians has already commenced. Do you think making your country brown was just for taxes? No. They put pitbulls inside your walls and pulled up the ladder for them AND you. They created a problem so they can sell you the solution and you'll gladly accept.

I searched for Scott Ritter and didn't see this interview with Garland Nixson posted yet. It's a pretty interesting tactical analysis:

It's a bit long, but Ritter makes a strong case that the reason Hamas committed to such a ferocious attack with large civilian causalities, was that Hamas wants the IDF to send in ground troops. He makes the case they're using rockets and older weapons right now, because they likely have caches of modern missiles. A ground strike would likely result in an ambush, one that would trap the IDF within Gaza and slaughter them.

Furthermore, I though the Iron Dome was some kind of laser/energy weapon. Well from this interview I learned (went to look up articles and verify it) that the dome requires a stockpile of small interceptor missiles! Why keep firing rockets, zero of which make it through? Because the moment they do make it through, it will be because Israel is out of interceptors. They're going to ask America for more, and Ritter claims the US has less than 300 of these in stock. The ramp up time to produce more could be devastating if Hamas has better missiles they're holding back on using.

He makes the argument Biden (really his handlers; Obama or Billary or the CIA or whoever is really in charge) is going to push for a diplomatic solution because our army is literally not ready to fight any wars.

If it's all true, now I really want Israel to commit to their genocide. It'd be insane for them to lose massive chunks of the IDF in a single operation.

Also he talks about how China has officially endorsed Russia militarily within the past few weeks, where the CCP was on the fence before after the Ukraine invasion. None of the Middle Eastern countries respect America at all anymore. They respected Trump, but Biden is so obviously a week, unelected puppet it's laughable.
Yeah, the Iron Dome in practice isn't as impressive as I'd thought; the strategy is to keep sending missles toward Israel all at once. The Dome can only fire so many interceptors, and still doesn't stop everything that's incoming, so it's a war of missle attrition. I suppose it was more designed to stop a few missles coming in a not a huge barrage. You're right, if Hamas was holding back their better stock until the interceptors run out then that's not great for Israel, and now Iran knows that they're close to depleted so they just need to get one through from their we're totally not making nukes stockpile and then we're all LARPing Fallout 76.

I haven't been keeping up with the thread, that info's just from things I've read or watched the past week, if any of it's not accurate, no harm meant.

Should the USA honor its commitment to Israel; and should what I think is about to unfold, unfold, the USA should probably send a few carrier strike forces to the west pacific while sending the rest to the Middle East.

The potential for a real war in the Middle East is so fucking close that you can almost taste it.
