Just peeked at the Amanda Morris thread.

I know she’s a dumb dumb who chose to marry and have a baby with Ralph, but there’s a particular strain of comments there that bug me. Every so often a moid says shit like “Harry should spay his mare” or “Harry should have Pantsu declared legally incompetent” or “Her family should prevent her from leaving the house / forming any new relationships.”

Besides being wildly impractical, it’s wildly sexist. There’s a strain of moron here who thinks that Pantsu needs to join a nunnery.

I get that the Sektur used to be pretty funny but people forget that there is a innocent child, two even, involved in this shit now. The instance of people supporting domestic violence is when I kinda decided I had enough of the Ralph stuff for a while -- I don't condone DV but it would be more karma for Pantsu knowing what she was getting in to and generally being a piece of shit, but some either willingly ignored or didn't care about the crying child in the background. This case was civil not criminal. Unfortunately we like to always think it in criminal terms but whatever.

So what happened and multiple lawyers weighed in on this. (My preference being Legal Bytes and Bruce Rivers.)
Amber, during the court hearing, was caught multiple times contradicting and exaggerating scenarios. The biggest one being her justification for “swinging at him” and bringing up Kate Moss falling down the stairs. Yet during Kate’s testimony, Kate said herself that she was not pushed and she had slipped on wet stairs.

So someone is not telling the truth in this case. Public opinion sided with Kate because she was the person who directly experienced that event. Not Amber.
The Court definitely had questions and I’m sure that was a big factor of why Amber lost the case.

This is just one example of exaggerated truths. It’s not a good look to the court by using your acting skills during an incredibly serious trial. Amber’s lawyers should have known this and should have advised her to be straight to the point had she some weighty truth.

So even if she was the abuse victim:
1) there were too many discrepancies to declare her story truth beyond a reasonable doubt.
2) her lawyers were fucking awful and she should have fired them day 1.

And I am not a “Stan” of Johnny Depp by any means, neither am I an Amber Heard “Stan.” Truthfully the only interest I had in this court case was wanting to see if the courts were going to behave like the ones in the UK. And just like the court went to settlement, my opinion went there too. It was with consideration from a few lawtubers in the process.

If you all want me to kiss-ass here, I could see some mutual abuse being a possibility. I just can’t see Johnny being the sole perpetrator of abuse especially when there wasn’t a history of it in his past and Amber is on recording admitting to physically hitting Johnny.

Anybody else scared to send their daughter to work? Like 16 year old wants to get her first job with her friends at the local fast food place on weekends for pocket money job.

I have a daughter (younger than yours) and it definitely would worry me. Where I live, many of the teenage girls takes odd jobs working in kindergardens, which I think is safer. But sooner or later we have to send our daughters out in this world of degenerates and dumb wankers, and it does scare me.
