I just have to say, I used to be a pretty big fan of his, so I’ve read plenty about him (including all the gossip) and I still don’t know what the hell happened here. He has a way of saying a lot without actually saying anything, which I suppose is what makes his comedy funny, but it doesn’t exactly give insight into his world.

And lol at him still bitching about not finding a relationship. He’s always been private, but I’ve only known of two women he’s seriously dated in his entire career (one of them being Sarah Townsend, which is a whole other story). You would think with him being a celebrity, he could find some lil poor dumb thing, but the fact that he never has speaks volumes. Not that he has a chance being a 61-year-old troon now, of course.

I used to watch this dude back when he was an art YouTuber. I stopped sometime after he started with the gossip shit as he's very woke.
I remember there was a theory by a few of his fans that he was actually a stealth transman. I hope he was insulted.

He declared himself trans after he saw that others had succeeded where he had failed, by terming themselves "lesbian trans woman", and successfully dissociating the "trans" terminology from the previously prevailing idea of a penis removal surgery performed on a self-hating homosexual man.

I collected a few clips from his comedy routines to illustrate this. I haven't been sure of which thread to put them in, but I can put some of them in now.

Eddie called himself a "TV" when he started, and had to explain that wearing a dress wasn't part of the comedy:

I no longer accept these justifications, we've seen many examples where the act of stealing is clearly part of the jouissance, e.g. Sam Brinton.

I'm trying to find a few other clips, maybe people can help:
1. Back when he was doing his stand-up in France, he was interviewed and made a joke about the French word for transvestite being "travesti". These days Eddie could be quite accurately described as a travesty, so it'd be nice to find it again.
2. Not an Eddie clip, but I remember an interview with the late Paul O'Grady where the interviewer compared him to Izzard and referred to him as a transvestite. Paul rebuffed this and described himself as a drag queen, saying he only dresses as a woman for money, and said something like "A transvestite is a straight man who has a wank in the mirror wearing his Mum's knickers".

Yeah, you’re right, I remember reading that book and deciding I had had quite enough of him at that point. There’s also a paragraph about him sneaking down to the theatre prop room to try on a dress he thought would fit him in the middle of the night. You just know something else gross happened there.
