Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

But it’s not the pain that’s the worst, it’s not the worst pain. It’s the feeling of something being shoved where it absolutely should not be. It’s squeamish
That's it exactly. The feeling of a steel needle sliding between vertebrae combined with the fact that every instinct is telling you to get that fucking needle out of your back and you can't move. Also my first one the damn 'tern scraped my vertebrae with the needle. That is exquisite agony no human being must ever experience.

Attn: old people: this is the new name for pseudotumor cerebri. I'd known this as a condition of spoonies and HAES warriors; maybe if it's affecting dudes women with penises, the most important women now, it'll get more publicity.

Pseudotumor cerebri is also caused by puberty blockade drugs. It has happened often enough in children given drugs to block puberty that it was identified as a specific potential side effect of those drugs and was added to drug labeling by the FDA in 2022.

>The new warning comes after six children developed brain swelling symptoms after taking a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists (commonly known as a puberty blocker). Commonly used medications in the group include Lupron Depot-Ped (leuprolide acetate), Fensolvi (leuprolide acetate), Synarel (nafarelin), Supprelin LA (histrelin), and Triptodur (triptorelin).

>Patients taking GnRH agonists should be monitored for signs and symptoms of pseudotumor cerebri that include headache, papilledema (swelling of the optic nerve), blurred or loss of vision, diplopia (seeing two images of one object), pain behind the eye or pain with eye movement, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), dizziness, and nausea, according to the FDA.

Safe and reversible! It's just a pause button!

...no anaesthesia?

...no anaesthesia?
I’ve heard that a number of neurological surgeries they give a local, but not full anesthesia because monitoring the patient’s reactions is more important. Like full on open brain surgery where you might be given something that makes you not care that the top of your head is off, but allows them to ask you to raise a foot/clench a fist or check your eyes to see if they’re dilating properly to make sure they aren’t permanently fucking you up.

Do hardcore drug addicts resort to this? Like I know they end up injecting in between their toes and stuff… idk much about drugs.
They can’t reach to do it themselves, it takes a specialised (comedically large) needle and a bit of training. If the spine was accessible, i think they would.
...no anaesthesia?
RNHS gives not a single shit about such things. You’ll get a little skin numbing injection if they’re in the mood and then they’ll just go straight in whether it’s worked or not.
Post c section, if you’re lucky and can distract a nurse from her phone or gossip, or the one overworked nurse who is actually competent and speaks English is around, you may be able to beg a paracetamol while the bloke attending g the woman in the next bay keeps peeping through the curtains while you’re trying to breastfeed or have stitches checked.
Nhs maternity wards are hellish. I’d rather have given birth at the vets. Pain relief, my arse

Yeah I had a bit of a retard moment there, of course they can’t reach lmao.

I was pretty lucky then. Room was empty, just me and empty beds. Didn’t make the nurses any more helpful though, had to wait 12hrs for discharge letter, and none actually wanted to help me breastfeed.

I haven’t had the displeasure of needing a spinal tap; however family members who have had it done didn’t get any pain relief for it lol. Epidural I was too fucking out of it to feel it or care, just remember the coldness and relief.

Let’s have a quick peak at the wonderfully nasty GRS sub.

Dr. Joshua Roth and the magnificent misfortune of two years later.

(Since reddit sucks and wouldn't add the image.NSFW)

I feel like the title sums it up.
This is Joshua Roth and what he considered acceptable at followups. I've lost 98% of my depth (basically haze zero now), and I swell like a golfball when aroused because he left too much erectile tissue by far.

It has killed my desire to have an intimate partner.
I had a revision to repair the clit hood, remove excess skin that he left at my entry, place some internal relief cuts on internal scars (didn't work), and a few other small fixes by Cleveland Clinic. (Dr Ferrando was amazing.)

I'm not the only girl he has done this too. He responds in 100% the same way: Ignore ignore ignore, or outright lie and say you're the only one with these complications. Keep setting goals for what requires revision, but keep changing those goals. Dude barely ever internally or externally touched me to feel the inside scar tissue.
"We will recheck at the next appointment and address it then."

They don't, by the way. They never address it. You'll give up first.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Dr. Gallagh- I mean, Dr. Roth.

(He used to work with her by the way. It makes sense now. IU health doesn't give a shit about us.)

This looks like what you get with a "fufu clip." Dude could have gotten the same result for $10 from aliexpress.

Having a hard time

Hi everyone my (mtf28) partner (nonbinary32) has come out as non binary 3 days ago . They want to get surgery and I’m fully supportive. But they also want to go on hormones possibly and that kind of scares me . I love my partner! I just don’t know if I would be attracted to a more feminine presenting person. I love them with all my heart ! And want them to be comfortable but I want to I know how I would go about telling them how I feel and my concerns. My partners bio sex is male . Thank you !
A commenter on r\mypartneristrans was nice enough to spell everything out for him
You likely did not experience this with an androphilic background, but I think you should be aware that an initial nonbinary identity is regularly a stepping-stone to a binary trans identity, especially when paired with an early desire for medical transition. It is worth keeping that possibility in mind out of respect for your partner, as you are already worried about applying pressure to them.

What you should do now, though, is watch and wait. Let your own feelings develop and settle. In 2 to 4 weeks, I encourage you to come back here and ask again with a better understanding of your position in the matter. It is fresh, and it is scary, to the extent that we will not be able to meaningfully guide you through your fluctuating feelings.

Best of luck. I hope to hear from you again soon.

Did his entire crotch turn gangrenous? Looking at all of the dead tissue that will have to be removed there might not be much of anything left including his urinary system, and this looks like a recipe for nephritis.
nah it's bruising not necrosis. A giant hematoma.

I've never seen one that bad as a vaginoplasty complication. I've only seen minor bruising.

This is ParasiteDicks rotdog before the infestation
with the hardon device still in place and working, and this
is the remains of ParasiteDick/Nuigi's 'dog after whatever parasitical infestation she had ate the rotdog from the inside, causing the outer skin sheath to concertina on itself.
As you can see from the bruising and sore spots, it looks like whatever worms she had in there were close to eating their way out at the time of this picture.
I initially thought it was her bonermatic implant, as this had eroded out of her 'dog twice before and had to be fixed, but as you can see from the shrunken (eaten) state of the 'dog on the later pics, its already gone, theres no room for any erectile device, meaning the bruised looking spots are likely where the infestation has gotten too close to the surface.

Please for the love of God tell me that you are exaggerating for comedic effect.. If you aren't just tell me you are, I don't want to live with that knowledge

Nuigi had an erectile device with two cylinders and only one was taken out. That's why it has curved to one side. The ED was eroding out and not the parasites eating away at it.
In a way she's gotten a kind of Pseudo Peyronie’s disease as the scarring has contracted on one side similar to the real condition.

............................you surely could have lied to me here Honest Abe

So, here is an Australian pooner with a blog that is gushing over the prospect of getting a dick as if fussing over a new puppy.

What makes this example noteworthy, is the nasty infection that the RFF caused in her forearm and the degree of permanent soft tissue damage it caused. It looks as if her brachioradialis and flexor carpi radialis muscles have been completely destroyed. So, buckle up, we are in for some spooky surgical complications, just in time for Halloween!

The first photo is a great example of a skin graft that isn't "taking". The dusky color and shriveled appearance are indications that the graft is not receiving sufficient blood from the wound bed.

Also, the bluish green color of the discharge from her wound is absolutely textbook for infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It's a very nasty bug, with resistance to multiple antibiotic classes, and is often implicated in sepsis following wound infections. The species name, aeruginosa is derived from the Latin word for verdigris, the bluish green discoloration acquired by copper exposed to acid. You can see the bluish hue very well in the sixth image, both on the wound surface itself and on the soiled dressing.

The other fun thing about P. aeruginosa is that it has a characteristic and unforgettable smell. I guarantee that everyone in the vicinity knew when this pooner was due for a dressing change. To some people, the discharge smells strongly of artificial grape flavoring, while others perceive an aroma of corn chips.

Edit, because I can't resist sharing this fact. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a ubiquitous organism and can be a normal commensal found on healthy skin. If you are one of those weirdos who sniffs your dog's paws and wonders why they smell like Fritos, the answer is Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Lurking pooners are advised not to allow their dog to rub his stinky Frito feet in their flayed arm. Thank you, and have a nice day.

I had one when I had meningitis but i don't remember it hurting at all... Am I defective? 🤔
I had one to check my pressure and drain some fluid and it didn't really hurt either. They numbed me up well before inserting the needle so the only thing I felt was that kind of weird strangeness of having something poking there. The hardest part was having to stay perfectly still.

@Thomas Eugene Paris

I have taken a few microbiology classes as electives in the past, but it was not my focus. However, from my area of study, I am amazed at the degree of skeletal muscle damage and fibrotic tissue that formed at the site. In fact, I am surprised that they did not simply amputate the affected area in the aftermath as it looks like her forearm has been rendered near useless, and therefore not worth saving.

He's also upset because his boyfriend has decided to be non-binary and wants to get hormones and surgeries too.
lmao, an HSTS trans widow! Except his defining life event was getting a date for the cock chop.
(they're married!)

He's also fucked up his nose badly and has a face tat.
His nose IS fucked up, but what you see in the pic is mostly the filter. There are pre-FFS filtered selfies of him with a fucked up MJ nose and pre-FFS less filtered selfies of him with a lean Chris-chan look (his troon name is Christina, no medallion though) and a more normal nose a day apart.

Timeline:
fall-winter 2019: marriage
March 2022: husband is charged with battery of uncle, allegedly for protecting his grandmother, HSTS asks legal advice on reddit (poast deleted but comment remains)
June 21 2022: lives in Sacramento, asks about name and gender change
December 21: asks on r/russian how to spell Anastasia in Russian for a tattoo, probably considers naming himself that
February 2023: has a consultation for FFS
March 7: pretends to have a vagina next to his anus on r/intersex, post deleted
March 14-16: posts a less filtered selfie a day (more normal nose) introducing himself as Christina (probably name and sex change went through)
March 17, 19: posts two heavily filtered selfies with a fucked up nose
April 9: again pretends to have a vagina next to his anus on r/intersex, poast deleted by jannies for bullshitting
April 10: filtered selfie, nose is fucked (pre-FFS)
July 10: has FFS at Align Surgical, presumably with Dr. John Pang
July 12: face is swelling, asks reddit
July 13: swelling subsided
July 22: nose swells, troon freaks out, asks reddit
July 29: post-FFS selfie (fucked up nose)
August 20: discovers a bubble of granulation in his FFS scar, asks reddit first, then surgeon
August 29: husband troons out
September 5: both of them are looking to move to the Bay Area
September 29: surgery in "two weeks"
October 2: still surgery in "two weeks", with Dr. Pang
October 19: question about bruising (replies are "yep looks normal!")
October 20 (17 hours between posts): another question
