When her soul finally escapes her skeletal shell, I'm requesting a copy of her autopsy. Her bloodwork is going to be a wild read on its own. The internal examination is also going to be gripping reading. I wouldn't be surprised if she got several journal writeups.

I actually noticed right away what they meant, the commentors are retarded but I think this is what they saw.
The three I circled on her arm look like the dirty residue of the glue used on strong bandages, except they're the wrong shape. They look like Band Aide brand bandages, not the little squares for monitoring. Maybe 1 for a draw, but you'd see it more near the inner elbow if it was a blood draw or fluids if the wrist wasn't taking (god knows how fragile her veins probably are)
There's a weird shadow near where her chat overlaps on her skin that *might* give the idea of residue from a heart monitor sticky. In reality these are all a mix of her wig making patterns by resting on her arm and weird shadows from her boney ass + chat overlay.

@Barbarella, not sure if this is of any interest to ya but here's some stuff from personal experience.
Anorexia typically has several factors but 1 main reason- control. Not in a control freak way necessarily, it can legit be a form of OCD in some people, but on average- the person is going through something incredibly traumatic and feel they have no say in anything with their life. So having "control" over their literal life via food, well.. it's a sad safety blanket. And if any of you know, safety blankets are extremely difficult to get rid of. After all, how many here still have a childhood toy, blanket or towel they cling on to, even if it's hidden? None of this is new information, but it's important to remember. Fixing the symptom (i.e. anorexia) means "fixing" what caused it. In this case, it's an overbearing mother who has complete control over the person, both physically and emotionally. That level of creepiness is so hard to detatch, because Eugenia likely doesn't even realize the parasite is there, or she does and thinks it's necessary for her survival, so will fend it to the death. Change is fucking scary, and change among the one thing that gives you comfort is extremely difficult to do.
Her level of anorexia will effect more things than you can imagine. I doubt she eats much protein, and her chest is fucking concaved. Her body is straight up eating itself, so imagine how low her blood pressure and iron are. I imagine fainting spells, early (beginning stage) artheritis attacks and (severe) migraines are extremely common for her. You'd think that level of stress on the body would cause high blood pressure (and for some it does) but typically your body is slowing down on making blood cells. She's also likely avoiding water for water weight fears, which will worsen migraines, inflamation and concentrate her urine so bad it'll probably burn. UTI's might be common but I'm less confident in that area, her kidneys are fucked, though.
Your liver and I believe kidneys will be enlarging. I forget the exact reason why, something to do with inflamation? Her heart is likely weak and unstable. Too much exertion could cause a heart attack. Her lungs are probably filling with fluid as well, again I forget the exact reason but it's very common in people starving to death.
You can't just force a meal in her, even with liquids, refeeding syndrome is just as lethal. She's going to be extremely cold; tired, achey from both inflamation and bone literally gliding against bone, since her joints and cartilage will be disintigrating, like all tissues.
She's probably experiencing a form of euphoria from starving at this point, it's as addictive as people who overeat and experience pleasure whenever gorging, sometimes even stronger.
Her trying to rehab at her point is as equally likely to kill her as it is to save her. No matter what happens, her life is going to be extremely short. The damage to her body is irreversible.
(This next part is more guestimation on personal experience) her reasonings could be numerous, I'm willing to lay down a 50 that she's afraid of independence. Both from brain damage of starving and just being overly sheltered. She's used to everything being controlled and handled *for* her. If you had aides for literally everything you ever did, you'd probably forget basic shit too. Oh and lets not even get into all the shit she definitely wasn't taught to keep her helpless. I'd bet budgeting, taxes, fuck even savings are all foreign to her. I wonder if she even knows how to clean a bathroom, sew a button onto a shirt, change a lightbulb... all extremely basic things you don't think of as needing to be taught, but they are.
And... she's so alone. Either from her disorder forcing her to push people away to keep the disorder alive or from her mom, but she's well and truly fucked if anything happened to her mom. She probably has the emotional regulation of a literal child, what hardships has she ever faced? That isn't even meant cruelly, what difficulties does she have to build her mental fortitude and shape her adaptability to problems? Does she have much of a will for anything besides her disorder? I know I mentioned the disorder usually being triggered by trauma, but something like molestation, rape, or loss of a loved one doesn't build you like many claim. It makes you paranoid, depressed, more emotionally volitile or unstable. People become stronger through the process of therapy and moving past it, but has she done anything like that, or does her disorder give her the distraction she needs to avoid facing it?

it is truly amazing what the human body can cope with. and for a long time. the fact she hasn't fainted on stream is nuts, i don't know if she allows herself a small amount of sugar and some water beforehand to reduce probability.
had very low blood pressure once, some student doctors were following the consultant on his rounds. one asked why i wasn't in a coma and his answers was literally "i have no idea."
definitely, your twenties are where you figure out how to actually live as an adult. she has missed that period and i don't think even otherwise healthy people can fully make up for that, let alone someone like eugenia.

From what I've watched of her recently, she seems to be much more irritable than usual, she's prone to snapping at / arguing with her audience more, and she's been acting more confused and out of it. She's losing the final few braincells she's holding onto.

Concern for Eugenia's well-being ramped up in recent weeks after she posted TikToks of her dancing -- with many in the comments focusing less on the moves and more on her appearance.
A story also came out about her, sparking even more concern -- Greenwich Police Sergeant Brent Reeves tells TMZ ... calls and emails have been coming into his department about Eugenia from all over the world -- even getting people calling from as far away as Egypt and New Zealand.
We're told the callers are looking to make sure she's doing okay and isn't being forced by her mom to make content and keep up her appearance -- a couple of things that Sgt. Reeves says are untrue.
Sgt. Reeves says he's known Eugenia for more than a decade and they have a good relationship ... they even have a special code. She puts a certain object in her videos so he knows everything is alright.
If that object isn't there, however, he'll know to get her help.
The Sarge says Eugenia has always been skinny ... adding they can't really make her eat more if she's at the size that makes her comfortable. He says she's of sound mind and always has a bubbly personality when he chats with her.
Other agencies have checked on her in the past, but we're told she's never met the criteria to force her to get any kind of help.
This isn't the first time fans have been asking Eugenia to get help -- people have reached out over the years, notably in 2019 when YouTube star PewDiePie asked his followers to send her words of positivity.

A quick Google on him shows he appears to be focused on and pretty deeply engaged in mental health concerns, particularly for youth. From the article he is long-familiar with Eugenia and recognizes her "unique" situation. So no, didn't seem creepy to me, but rather someone aiming to do good [and I know, we often see ironic scandals of abuse by people who have managed hide creepy access to vulnerable people by gaining kudos for the very work that gets them close to victims...but more typically, good people are actually genuine
]That said, I don't quite understand the part of the article talking about her keeping some object in her videos to signal she's okay/doesn't need help. Why would she need a secret signal? What's the concern? She's not going to signal, "help, I'm not eating enough," so that made it sound as though there's a thought that her domestic situation is a potential danger concern. Hmm.

I think TMZ made that up. No Sgt. would rely on anybody placing an object in their videos as a sign of safety. He certainly doesn’t have the time to watch her videos anyway. He has no idea what or if she eats. It’s not his purview.
