Security camera footage is generally not that good and from a high up angle, so ground level footage is usually cell phone, police, or the shooter's livestream if they've got onto that trend.

That is largely dependent on your job and the branch you are in. Most of the time you can, other times get fucked you’re active duty ride or die.

Yes when you complete your active enlistment you can transition into the guard or reserve based on which component needs your MOS or what bonuses may be at play for sign up. It's also relatively easier to reclass after transitioning into a reserve/guard component
