but yes now you mention it, there are people who do all sorts of shit without reacting to the pain, either through deep meditative states or something, or being off their face or through insane cult conditioning.

Whatever happened to the idea of "Grass is Always Greener On the Other Side"? Everybody has things about themselves that they do not like, but they cannot change, and it would be pointless to try. Sex is one of them. While men do have physical advantages over women and we do not have to worry about periods, there are pills and devices for women to stop their periods and women tend to have more social and cultural advantages than men as men have higher rates of suicide, loneliness, and mental illness in general.

People should stop conforming to stupid gender stereotypes about what their interests are. If a man likes to wear dresses and lipstick, fine, but this does not make him a woman, and he should realize this, and he does not get different pronouns because of it and he should still be barred from areas that are for women only...the same goes for women who wear overalls, binders, and work on cars. So be it, but they are still women, and therefore "she/her" and not allowed in places for men only.

Just be glad that everything works "down there" like it should, as once you start fucking with your endocrine systems and urinary tracts, there is a lot that can go wrong and in many cases, not much can be done to fix it, and most people would wince at the idea of having a permanent catheter in their early-20's because of scarring and/or incontinence.

It's because they are all actively or passively suicidal, and don't give a fuck what happens to their bodies. "I'm going to kill myself anyways if I don't get this surgery, it doesn't matter if this surgery fucks up my body." But then the surgery does fuck up their body, and their disassociation from their body is interrupted and they can't ignore the pain. Then they really do want to kill themselves.

It's sad because this is a mental health crisis we have going on. But it's disguised as a social rights movement (???) and thus they get all the special treatment they want, even if said special treatment is going to massively reduce their lifespan. It's fucking bizzare.

It's really not that bad other than the instinctive urrgh of it.
There's hardly any blood.
If you've ever seen a Cartel video this is nothing.
It's not even as bad as those Chinese factory compilations.

I imagine having to have a permanent catheter or a permanent colostomy bag from SRS complications or pain/numbness in your torso from "top surgery" is probably going to impact their self-esteem and outlook more than these troons realized and many of them 41% when they come to the conclusion that their quality of life is basically shot.

There was that one MTF troon who was a former tranny pornstar, I forgot his name, but it is in one of our threads somewhere who came to regret medically-transitioning far too late. His SRS used part of his sigmoid colon, and because of the issues it caused he is basically stuck with both a catheter and colostomy bag...so both of his biological "waste-management" systems are completely shot, which I imagine is both embarrassing and depressing.

This is genuinely the most metal shit I’ve ever seen a troon do. Is he still going to be able to piss? Or will he need emergency intervention to stop the stump wound from healing over his urethra? (Assuming this is real that is)

Regarding those who think this is fake, I encourage you to find the BME Pain Olympics and watch that. I don't remember everything that happens in that video, but I do remember a guy bifurcating his dick with a razor and as he was doing that he started cooming.
