There is evidence of her being a groomer, there is evidence that the government doesn't believe that she's disabled enough to warrant having a tugboat, her cat is overweight to the point that it's clearly having an affect on his health (which is animal abuse), and she is fat. She has stated that she's medically obese and would need to loose weight to have an elective surgery, which meets "whale" standards in anyones books.
