HAHAHAHAHAHA
BWAH HA HA HA HA HA!

You're going away forever, you slimy aspie son of a whore!
I’m holding off my CrabDance until sentencing.

Maybe I’m just doomer pilled but I have a bad feeling that he will get 6 months of house arrest in his mansion and 5 months will be time served.

I felt the same way about Elizabeth Holmes but she's serving that 11 years. I think he's fucked.

ok lawfags, I guess we have to wait until a sentencing to know how much time he's getting right? What's the ETA on us knowing that sentence?
Sentencing is March 28. Could be delayed because of another trial he’s facing.

I’d wager 40 years out is the potential 110. Feds have pretty strict sentencing guidelines.

This, exactly. Fed charges have their “Sentencing Guidelines”, plus not nearly the kind of “good time” credit it’s possible to get in most State prison systems in the US. I haven’t looked close at what his actual charges are but whatever they are he’ll only get 15% off of that for “good time”

The best his LOLyer can do at this point is try to get the mandatory minimum for each charge and try to get the judge to agree to allow the sentences for the various crimes he’s been convicted of to run concurrently instead of consecutively. That way all sentences can be served at the same time..

“The five charges related to wire fraud and money laundering carry maximum sentences of 20 years each, while the two securities and commodities fraud charges have maximum sentences of five years each.”

So 5 of the charges carry 20 year sentences and 2 carry 5 year sentences. The max is 110 IF the Judge orders the sentences to be served consecutively. If the Judge orders them to be served concurrently, then the max is 20, and with “good time” out in about 17.5. Sentencing him to the minimums could result in actual time to serve closer to what Elizabeth Holmes is serving which is something like 11 years and she’s in one of the lowest of the low security facilities. A real “Club Fed”.

Yer but she didn’t take her billions and donate to democrats. SBF donated insane money to them. + she fucked around in the medical world which draws more eir from people.

Again, I hope I’m wrong.

Sam Trabucco still off on his boat. Mentioned just a few times during the trial. While the rest of them face years in prison. Who the fuck did trabucco pay off.

Wow jews really taking Ls after Ls this year

I'm starting to think they don't got much hold on world affairs no more
A prosecutor questioning the bankman-fried had a weird name, her maiden name that she kept. "Veteran prosecutor Danielle Sassoon, a former clerk with the late Justice Antonin Scalia". So fucking jewish her jew wedding was announced in the jew york times.

Disgusting cuck soy kike. But the jewess is girlbossing into making a name for itself. jews will eat jews for money.

At least bankman-fried is going to be yet another jew name like epstein, weinstein, silverman.

The noticing gets easier and easier when their true colors actually peak normies.

I have good news for you then, you are very likely wrong. I feel like if you spend a lot of time on those sites like /pol/ you can get into this weird doomer mentality and while you are right - there are very rich people that protect their own - there is always a threshold when it comes to these kind of things. It's like drawing a line in the sand; a poor minority draws his line one step in front of him, someone like you or I draw ours twenty feet in front ourselves, and someone like SBF gets to draw his half a mile in front of him. Some of us have more lenienacy than others but once any of us cross our respective lines; there is very little we or anyone else can do about it.

This is simply too high profile. Likely top 3 financial crimes of our lives. The jury barely even deliberated, the Michael Lewis book did fuck all to rehabilitate his public image, and more importantly they need to eviscerate him to set a precedent for everyone else in crypto. Keep in mind this is a new industry rife with fraud, scams, etc. Until regulations come out for the industry they need to send an unbelievably strong message to anyone currently involved in or thinking of doing similar acts in the future - and that goes for people that are even tangentially related like co-conspirators, VPs, ex-founders, etc. In addition, Caroline Ellison is facing 50 years and I guarantee that because she flipped first (and Sam did not at all) they will intentionally give her a much less severe sentence because they know everyone in crypto is watching this - including people who are actively involved in scams like Safemoon, Celsius, Ethereum Max, etc.

I would bet money that as I type this there are a few dozen people that would fit the co-conspirator label that are wide awake tonight debating on calling the FBI and being the first to rollover to save themselves. I'm sure there are more still having that thought in the back of their minds but are waiting to see what the sentencing is in March.

Sam is going to prison.
