new video by Upper Echelon about gambling, Kick/Stake included
timestamped for Kick/Stake section, he brings the goods when it comes to details
"The UNSTOPPABLE Growth of Gambling - NFL, Kick, and Video Games"
Not to get way into the weeds, but Glenn Greenwald did a very deep dive into Kick, couple months old but really was a good look into Kick.

Austin is asleep and I see no mention of this in his discord nor here, so breaking news: Austin's twitch got banned.
I believe he only gambled on bc and that new scam site rainbet, neither of which are against twitch rules (yet).

Twitch has certain rules around gambling websites: https://safety.twitch.tv/s/article/...age=en_US#14AdditionalGamingContentGuidelines

If his new site isn't licensed in what Twitch considers a country with solid protection for gamblers (lol, lmao even) or he spams the link to the site in chat that's against Twitch their ToS. Maybe his ex-mod/turbojanny TargetMePlz was so mad his broom was taken and decided to clean Twitch of Austin's rule breaking.

Thanks for posting the terms, the most relevant info is here I could find

Since they can ban him for living in the US, they can essentially farm him for gamba addicts, let him withdraw tiny bits of crypto, but if he ever wins big they can pull this and then ban his account for being US - based.

Whoever said this was a scam (obviously) was correct.

I mean if it's a scam they don't need any justification to rug pull you... it's already extrajudicial/ illegal to begin with.

But to be a GOOD scam, you gotta be able to do it in a way that makes retards accept the loss. The more people complain and bring attention to your scam, the shorter the scam can last.

At the bottom of the page it says that "Rainbet is licensed and authorized by the Government of Curaçao and operates under the Master License of Gaming Services Provider, N.V. #365/JAZ."
Dont know if that is a Twitch conciders to be a place with good gambler protection. He can also have gotten banned by just a sheer amount of ban reports since I think twitch bans are automatic to some extent.

Someone posted this in his discord so it may also be that or atleast the excuse the rats used to report

Also Mr. Gambling lender is a big man with big dreams

Looks like a rat came and bragged about reporting Bossman but was swept before any of us could get it.

I'm surprised it took this long honestly. Twitch is big gay and turbo script kiddie TargetMePlz didn't help.

Unless you're gambling bullion it's all monopoly money in the end. But yes, this site does reek like even more of a scam than chanced.
"Monopoly Money" is pretty much the best analogy out there for 99.9% of Cryptocurrency.

On topic of the site, the "KYC" (Know Your Customer) thing is pretty frowned upon in Crypto circles as it breaks the anonymity factor Cryptocurrency promotes. Oddly enough, creating an account with an email address and password is considered "KYC" by the scam Cryptocurrency pushers, so asking for ID is rather overkill. Several governments around the world are attempting to enforce KYC, but honestly I fail to see how a dodgy looking gambling site could be a honeypot by the FBI's anti-money laundering investigation team.

Instead considering how dodgy the site looks, its very likely the site want people's IDs to sell on the Darknet, like endless scams over the years.

I'd be more concerned the scam company just goes belly up and sells off their ID database to identity thieves. Seriously I'm not giving ID to anyone who is already committing obvious crimes and therefore absolutely gives zero shits about AML/KYC because they're operating out of a country that doesn't even enforce that shit.

They have no reason to have it.

The only crypto gambling sites I use have a zero ID policy, with the exception of a very few hybrid sites that do both real money banking and crypto.

I'm paranoid enough I've never gotten ripped off in crypto (unless making one bad loan to a degen counts), and I wouldn't touch that site with a ten foot pole.

i think it could be this, or even showing the Stake URL earlier
it could also have been harder on him if he didnt delete his VOD, was his VOD deleted?

Unless something changed and I'm misunderstanding the TOS, they explicitly state what sites cannot be used for gambling.
sites.png'
Stake.US isn't listed which is odd. I wonder if technically you could use the US version but most people who gamble went to kick anyway. It's also possible Twitch just makes TOS on the spot when it comes to handling bans.

I just found out about this new sponsor, holy fuck I couldn't imagine something more shadier than chanced.
You can't even google them, nothing comes up except a .net domain that longer exists.

That's because the website was literally created 3 days ago. BMJ and his viewers might be the only ones using this site at the moment.

Why doesn't he use a bathrobe that would cover all the hole rather than a small shirt? Then again, perhaps he doesn't ever bath.
