Just from the notes it sounds like they're letting us in more and more into their awful relationship dynamics. You can tell that Ian actively tries to communicate with her and use tools that were outlined in therapy in an effort to express himself in a manner that's been deemed, "safe" for Anisa but still "valid" for Ian. Then Anisa either ignores him completely, changes the subject, or negs him as a way to get out of having to deal with or discuss something that might be difficult. Now we learn that when they argue off camera, she just shuts down completely or literally runs away? This dude has agreed to play every game she's requested: therapy, OF hubby, boxer, event organizer, content redirection, only to realize that once he understands the rules and is fully invested, she no longer wants to play anymore. In fact, she never wanted to play to begin with, she just wanted the jersey so she could be seen wearing it in public.

Ian is a lot of things, but its clear that he tries to be a good partner, even if that mainly stems from fear of abandonment or just not wanting to deal with the consequences of telling her "no". Unfortunately for him, he's consistently set precedent after precedent showing Anus that she can get her way if she pushes hard enough, which requires less and less effort on her end everyday. I know I'm not shedding light on anything new, but its difficult to wrap my head around how bleak this is. That is until I remind myself that he has literally had THOUSANDS of people over the past 7 years pointing out the holes in his sinking ship, only for him to turn to the she-ogre, look at the drill in her hand, and ask how she feels about the situation before adopting and echoing that very perspective. The theory of her being his first and only sexual partner makes a lot of sense, but if true, it makes the OF even darker. The only person that has ever shared that level of intimacy with him shares it freely online to the very same people she's convinced him of being the enemy.
