Other animation projects are typically funded by massive companies who license the series and then make their money back through streaming subscriptions and advertisements run during its broadcast.

Yeah, this is something that Matt Mercer of Critical Role also talked about when he had his crowdfunding for the Vox Machina series. Originally Mercer only was going to do a 20 minute cartoon and had the crowdfund goal be 650k. When the crowdfund raised 11 mil did WotC, Hasbro and Amazon see that a cartoon series based on Mercer's TTRPG campaign would be popular so they ended up greenlighting a series. The fact that Eric raised 600k on the first day when his crowdfund goal was only 300k and Eric who (unlike Mercer who is a big name in the voice acting and TTRPG industry) is just a YouTuber from Texas who decided to make indie comics is quite impressive. I hope Eric gets more success in his endeavors as it will cause no end of seething and malding from both Juju and Vito the Pedo.

The constant coping from Dax, Vito, and their audience is the funniest shit from any of them in a long time. They are so desperate to try and make Eric look bad. There's no barrel bottom to even scrape at at this point.

The campaign has been out for a day and has gotten more than double the initial goal at over half a million in sales and is going until January. Also according to the site, the estimated fulfillment start date is on 12/04/2023, less than a month away. On top of this, there are other books/projects in the works as well. I'm not into comics anymore, but it's very impressive to see what Eric has built up since he started this.

And on the other side, you have Dax sitting next to a fat retard who still hasn't produced one book and keeps delaying it. Yet, they'll continue to talk shit and produce nothing of value while Eric and his crew continue to celebrate their success. Again, I find that hilarious, so good on the professional comedians for that, I suppose.
