TBH I think the Julay video is a better case for non-consensual pornography than Keffals considering how much coercion went into the production of that video.

However Fart Queen Keffals uploaded that video in hopes of being paid for pornography, he intended for people (who paid) to see it. It was never intended to be private. The revenge porn laws shouldn't apply when private paid porn becomes public. Like imagine a prostitute calling you a rapist a year later because she regrets her life choices.

Why even bother? If the transexual stuff wasn't on this site the majority of the harassment would disappear like a bad dream. Honestly, there are threads about trannies that basically are just "a MAN that dresses like a WOMAN and is into maybe some weird sex stuff". Like the type of weird sex shit that normal women are into, keyword here is normal. Just throw it away.

Surely the whole idea of censoring just a few things as requested was to demonstrate that ‘just stop hosting x and all this goes away’ is a fucking lie. There is no concession that will make this stop except neutering the site completely. A toothless KF that offends no one isn’t a place I want to post.

So you'd be forced to leave up child porn or else be sued for anything anyone says. That's the exact thing 230 stopped. A court ruled that and Congress immediately said fuck that.

That said, companies that give transit should have no moderation ability over anything. They're just providing the wires and should otherwise fuck off.

Stratton Oakmont, Inc. v. Prodigy Services Co., 23 Media L. Rep. 1794 (1995) if you're interested. There's a reason 230 is in the Communications Decency Act. It was in large part to allow media companies to remove porn without automatically turning into publishers and being liable for all content on their sites.

Honestly, it could be dealt with and fast. Just get Liz Fong Jones on a phone call, eat a little shit, and delete(really hide) her thread. I've gotten out of worse problems IRL doing the same rubric.
