Maybe I'm blind. That fellow at the end looks like he's in a spodik. It's combed up taller, which shtreimels usually won't do. They don't look flat or doughnut-shaped like shtreimels.Gerrers wear a somewhat different hat called a spodik. I'm not sure which group these are.
Some nice photos of artillery:
Oh I remember, but I never expected to see this on the official channelRemember Nyan Cat?
The only sensible explanation I can see for Hamas's action is that they basically threw the dice. They make a happening and see where the chips will fall. I mean they are on the chopping block anyway, perhaps if the situation gets out of hand and things get very bad perhaps the countries in the region would be forced to openly take a side. The sheer stupidity of this move from Hamas and the fact that their leaders are living cozily outside of Gaza gives makes the conspiracy theorist come out in me. What if Hamas's leadership sold out their people to the Israeli government? With how much time Hamas has had to formulate a strategy and build up an arsenal it seems odd for them to effectively commit suicide by cop. Gaza is basically gone and now the oppressive Israeli regime they hate so much is emboldened to act with impunity.
I have no proof nor do I think we'll ever get any confirmation one way or another but it's so convenient for the current Israeli government and bad for Gaza that I can't help but wonder.
This 100%.I cannot imagine "hey guys let's just pack up and leave the West Bank and give more control to the Palestinians, kinda like the Oslo Accords suggested" is going to be a politically tenable situation in Israel any time soon, and isn't going to happen without some massive intervention from the West (who are very obviously not going to do that sort of intervention).
That is possible as well. What will happen will depend on the conflict itself and how it can be spun after the fact. Narratives matter the most after all.Nah Bibi is fucked. His approval rating is 20 percent and a lot of israelis blame him for this. For comparison, Golda Meir resigned after the Yom Kippur war even though Israel won because of the shame of being unready. Bibi doesn't have that integrity but he will be voted out.
No, it's a shtreimel. Tall shtreimels have come into fashion the past few years, despite many rabbis denouncing them (along with items like metal glasses frames and tight pants):Maybe I'm blind. Most of the videos (from the US, at least) are from weddings, where there's a tradition of comedic entertainment. They probably get a kick out of dancing with the "forbidden" Zionist flag and can always pass it off as a joke, but that's a secondary motivation. They're "anti-Zionist" purely in vague and technical religious terms, similar to how some extremist Muslims won't fly the Palestinian flag because they think nationalism is forbidden. Their beliefs have no similarities whatsoever with leftist/Muslim anti-Zionism, and in every practical sense, they support Israel. The Neturei Karta people who march with pro-Palestine groups are Westboro Baptist Church levels of fringe. In any event, dancing with Israeli flags is not something I would have associated with any of the shtreimel- or spodik-wearing groups until, well, this month.
This is actually an improvement over the "Pride Progress" flag.Don't know if this was posted yet. But this flag is hilarious.

Well, better put up or shut up. I know there had been stabbings and shootings in Europe but not in the U.S. I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet. You'd expect the protesters to burn everything down like with the BLM riots.DoD seems to think some shit might go down tomorrow in Western cities.

Does anybody sane like Tiktokers?IDF don't like TikTokers
They're on a mission to permanently remove an existential threat that murdered over a 1000 of their citizens and they don't give a shit how many of Hamas's fellow goat-fuckers or NGO's run by single white women with a goat-fucker fetish object.
Never has "unironic cognitive dissonance" as an ideology been so clearly telegraphed in a single image.Don't know if this was posted yet. But this flag is hilarious.

That looks like one of those "roof knocking" bombs that the IDF often uses to warn inhabitants of a building (i.e. those who failed to heed the preceding leaflets and phone calls) to get out now cuz the building is about to be hit with a real missile.Al Jazeera posted a video of a Palestinian building getting "hit by a missile" and it's the fakest shit I've ever seen. Working on archive now.

Legit no fucking damage after the missile supposedly hits the building. It's completely unscathed.
