In the beginning everyone was enjoying not needing to schlep into the city for work that could easily be done at home and it became clear how many meetings could actually be emails.
The nature's healing thing was a meme but it was true, animals were making their way to places they hadn't been able to access for years, there will have been unimaginable levels of reduction in pollution. Just cycling around was much nicer, regardless of the danger aspect form reduced traffic - you could actually hear birds instead of traffic.
