Not a lawyer; Alex almost certainly broke California law regarding sexual exploitation of a minor (absolutely for sisefs, very likely for Jelly too). Given how Jelly is at best unreliable in the accuracy of what she claims, who knows what reports she has or hasn't made or what her family knows of her online activities so don't expect any action coming from them. While not convicted in a court of law, Alex has long been essentially an unregistered sex offender except now a lot more people are aware of this.
