Well I guess we're not getting a CWC-stream this week? Wonder if the donors actually managed to make Chris feel shameful and they don't wanna read donations anymore.
Internet Comment Etiquette said on his stream last night that his e-store got a cease and desist from from Clorox from having Todd Clorox shirts for sale. The shirts now just say "Todd" instead of "Todd Clorox" with the Clorox logo, which seems to be okay. Makes me wonder at what point, if any, Chris would ever receive a C&D over the Etsy or any other Sonichu projects as money becomes more of a factor.

If he's making any significant amount of money (i.e., Praetor making money), then I would be surprised if Nintendo/Sega haven't looked into it. I think he's just so incredibly toxic to their brand, especially after the arrest, that by going after him they would actually be doing damage to their brand just by affiliation. I wouldn't be surprised at all if there had to be a cost-benefit analysis of going after all this money Chris (Praetor) has been making. It's kind of a genius legal tactic if you think about it. Become so bad for PR that litigious parties want nothing to do with you, not even to sue you because they don't want to bring you up.

What I'd be concerned about is that every attempt to garnish has previously failed because he had no garnishable income. If he makes enough from sales and streams to replace the tugboat, he'll get garnished for his many outstanding debts and end up with less than before!

I assume Praetor is taking the lions share and telling Chris that if he pays Chris fairly, Chris loses his tugboat. So he lets Chris have an allowance of "his money" while Praetor can buy all coke and hookers he wants if he were fun

I hope so. But this just has exploitation written all over it. Alas, if you board the Chris-Chan train you know the ride never ends. What kills me is that a young lad like this even needs to work when his parents have a nine figure house. Imagine having a home with 20 bedrooms.
I guess we'll know eventually Chris makes a frantic video asking for help and donations.

It is highly unlikely. Chris is paid under the table in small dollar bills in what I can only theorize is Praetor's attempt to gaslight a retard by presenting a small amount of money in the form of heavy bricks of singles to trick him into thinking he is getting more than he actually is. There is very little chance that Chris is properly bookkeeping how much he is getting when he is randomly getting mailed envelopes loaded with small notes. There is even less of a chance that Chris is the one actually getting the 1099-K for the shop. The most likely scenario is that Praetor has complete control of the store and gives Chris a paltry amount of cash every now and then to give Chris the illusion that he is getting his fair share. For legal purposes Praetor would argue there was no partnership and they were just giving Chris money as a gift. As for streaming Chris is extremely boring and doesn't react to any superchats so there will be very few people giving him money when the only content he is making is reading out mind numbing pony fanfics for an entire hour.

This time seems... different. Chris has gone radio silent when things were boring, but this is his great comeback. I think the comments in his livestreams, especially his reaction to that one in the last stream really hit a nerve. He can't just lie and dismiss what happened, and no one believes him anyway. It seems a lot different because Chris doesn't have some evil villain to blame except Bella, and even then, just for "betraying" him. He can't just go "They tricked me!" or phony up some sort of revenge thing.

Chris is the villain, as far as I'm concerned.
I guess the reality of actually telling Chris what you really think of him with a chance of him reading it versus say Kiwifarms it's just a different experience.
He doesn't seem to be causing any mischief as of late, so let's just be thankful he's keeping out of trouble.
