I am no Trump fan, but to my knowledge in addition to not starting any wars, and finishing a few, he never wrote or issued any orders which led directly or indirectly to any war crimes.

Fatrick might have meant the withdrawal from Afghanistan leading to the Taliban quite literally recapturing power there, but not only was it basically a question of the Taliban returning was inevitable, it was actually relatively bloodless.
