No, she isn't. She's mentally ill or at the very least as a severe personality disorder. You don't just wake up one day and snap out of it, becoming a normal person.
It takes years of therapy and actively working on your problems, and if she truly is a Cluster B sufferer she's not very likely to consider her disorder a hinderance to herself, it's a problem to everyone else and she is perfect the way she is.
