It's actually a pretty interesting video. His noodle choice, which isn't a shell, was to give better surface area/noodle ratio for the cheese flavors to be the most prominent. He has a decent diagram of his model of melting cheeses/emulsifiers to "flavor cheeses" that are more distinct but don't melt well on their own. And yes, he's lived in europe, so you know this can be a MATI certified basic cheese list that you can also buy in America.

Grayjay is in beta and works for vods, don't think livestreams work THOUGH.

Livestreams work fine on grayjay, just no live chat of course, also the grayjay app is way more stable than the rumble app in my experience (android, pixel 7 pro) I can finally listen to mati straight through instead of restarting the rumble app 10 times.

I've been using GrayJay for about a month or so, and I can also confirm it's better than the rumble app. I use it for Rumble, Odysneed, and Kick. GrayJay is much more stable and loads faster than the native apps. However Newpipe is still better for Jewtube.

If you're trying to look at revamping how you schedule your streams, a thing to possibly consider would be having streams on one day consistently be x set of topics and streams on the other being y. Note that I really do mean that consider; you'd probably want to do some math and polling to see if you'll see a gain of more people who would tune into streams for 1 or 2 things but do not because they don't know what they're going to get vs the people who you'd lose because the current paradigm "tricks" them into sticking around for content they're not that interested in. As a viewer who doesn't care for every topic in these streams it would be more convenient on my end, but I don't know if it is on yours and people like me can watch things in post if they want regardless.

If you did end up pursuing something like that, you might be able to mitigate drop-off by spreading some miscellaneous content throughout the both of them. More irregular things, sudden happenings, news, etc.
