Saw a video earlier of a guy dropping a log onto a ballistic dummy, its brain popped out of its head like a pimple. That's all I can imagine now, this poor girl's titties just launching out of her skin like zits at high-speed.

that's how it was in the beginning. cosmetic surgery got its start with doctors who were trying to reconstruct the mangled bodies and faces of world war 1 veterans who had been maimed by shrapnel and explosions.
but there's not much demand for that kind of cosmetic surgery in times of peace. there's much more money to be made by tapping into women's media fueled narcissism and insecurity to con them into pointless and expensive surgery. the male side of this also exists, but tapping into male narcissism/insecurity doesn't manifest as cosmetic surgery, instead it comes in the form of selling them gym memberships, paid training routines, workout supplements and anabolic steroids.

There are surgeries such as lengthening or cutting the suspensory ligament, which I saw on a documentary called UnHung hero. Beyond surgical methods I don't think there's really a meaningful thing that someone can do, with the exception of a good point made from the Mayo clinic's website:

If you want to go down a rabbit hole check out r/AngionMethod. It's a subreddit with 30k members who stretch their dicks or something. I think they use a combination of supplements, dick stretching devices, and a routine of various dick stretching exercises to try to get a bigger dick. There's usually a few posts along the lines of "I had a 2inch dick but used this device and now it's 3.4 inches". It seems like the usual dick growing community stuff but dressed up with fancy words like "vascular based reasearch". These usually a few injury posts here and there like "help. I injured myself stretching my dick".

So my husband finally noticed the new neighbors wife's gigantic duck lips and "weird skin". He probably noticed the goofy fake tits but had the better judgement to not mention them until I brought it up. What made me laugh is that he expressed feeling bad for the husband.
We had a mild debate about what her motivation is. I say hubby just bought a $2m money pit which is consistent with the kind of wife he bought too. My husband cannot believe that any man wants a woman to look like that and she must be doing it to herself because women get wound up by media and their friend groups.

I think a good comparison is the way straight women feel about extremely jacked out bodybuilders. Sure some women out there want to fuck them but I feel for most it goes a bit too far.

Even the Kardashians etc. are way too plastic and fake looking for me to be attracted to and believe me i've been with some rough looking broads over the years.

They're not doing it for men, women doing plastic surgery like this is like bodybuilders. They do it to compete with each other. Except I bet that the bodybuilder community is probably way more supportive and less toxic than women's "*scoff* you need knee-lipo" community. wtf...
