The fall would've been fatal but I think some awning or furniture broke his fall and he was in suit, it still fucked him up. He claims it was a bad trip, but others say he tried to off himself

I believe you might be referring to Tumbles the Staridragon. He tried to kill himself by throwing himself down a flight of stairs after being kicked out of multiple room parties. It was only like 7 stairs up so he just ended up hurting himself and earning his funny name. This was back in 2007.

The incident you're referring to was Rocko the Fox after Megaplex 2016. It was confirmed by his own tweets that he was drunk as fuck preceding the incident.

Mathew goes by another name cupid deer. If the name sounds familiar it should in 2015 mathew aka cupid deer aka Bluetooth husky was charged with rape and sexual assault of a German Shepard no not a fursuiter a real dog he had sex with.

In December it came to light that mathew while at charity events with kijani's group the emerald city furs also known as the emerald city critters ( the name change was because of mathew they knew he was screwing kids)

On December 22nd after kijani lion and members of furlife and anthro northwest and furvana hid mathew from the police mathew was arrested with a external hard drive loaded with child pornography he was convicted of production and distribution of child pornography.

And they all 3 groups hid it to remain popular in the fandom.

Anthro Northwest decided to call multiple venues and tell them not to host any conventions from rain in the Seattle Washington area.

Here is the bullshit furlife gets away with protecting mathew they allowed him to be with kids. And thought nothing of it.

He eventually learned his lesson though. He OD'd, but survived, and got the wake up call. He moved back home with family, got into a recovery program, and last I heard, was starting to finally live a somewhat normal life.

And this upcoming FWA is not only gonna have the Marriott Marquis (the hotel where the con is centrally located) but it will also include the nearby Atlanta Hilton and Hyatt Regency. Three whole skyscraper hotels chartered out for 2024, and as of two Wednesdays ago the blocks opened up and sold out rapid-fire.

FWA seems to have prime real estate that it could potentially beat out the attendance records of MFF or Anthrocon if either of their two locations can't fix their constant lack of hotel space year after year, but FWA continues to scoop up more than just those three entire blocks of downtown Atlanta.
